  1. Yep, you're correct, don't care for Trump or Starmer or Farage, all nasty, self serving, over entitled, wedged to the hilt wannabe politicians, who are a disaster for their respective countries, populations and the world as a whole. You can add Putin to that list as well.
  2. Trump changes his mind as often as the clock ticks. The man is an egotistical buffoon, similar in ways to Starmer, another egotistical, do as I say, not as I do, wedged to the hilt hypocrite who still thinks he's Head of the DPP not the first minister. Certainly don't want beef from the US, it'll hurt our own beef production farmers, revered around the world as the very best with the quality of British and especially prime Angus Scotch Beef. Just don't export to the US and only import from there what is essentially necessary.
  3. Wouldn't vote for farage and his lot, so don't blame me.
  4. Anything that improves the front of the station has to be a good thing. Opening up the square in front is a superb idea, it will show the beauty of the architecture of the station, just as they did at Kings Cross when they ripped out the monstrosity of the 1960's frontage and now the station gleams. People probably go there to see the beauty of it. Now wouldn't it be good if once opened up and cleaned up, people visited to see how wonderful it then looks. I guess there is a generally lack of trust that the station square will open by the end of next year, HOWEVER, when the current frontage is removed and the square is opened up as it originally was it will look grand.
  5. i) You must think Liebour can do no wrong, can lie through their teeth and yet you appear to believe every word Starmer and his stooges utter. ii) More assumptions made by you, well guess what you're utterly W R O N G, seems like that's your first trip, just as I predicted. iii) and you won't be blaming me old man. Shockingly, I actually have to agree with some of the points you've raised. Reform are the relics of BNP and UKIP, both detestable so add them together and you get an even worse result which is Reform that the UK can do without.
  6. You do this to anyone who disagrees with what you say, twisting words, clever, but you'll trip up at some stage.
  7. All you're doing is twisting my words and then saying it makes me look crackers. Cut the personal remarks.
  8. truth hurts eh,
  9. "North Korea style propaganda rants, I remind myself that he thinks Kemi Badenoch is the solution" Kemi is much better than mad raving Starmer and his other two stooges Reeves whose wrecking ball tactics are causing the UK economy to go of the side of a cliff and oh what happened to Rayner, where is she exactly, as she's gone so quiet or has Starmer put her back on a short leash again. And as for North Korea, if Starmer had his way, that's exactly how we'd be treated, no freedom of speech or thought, oops, but that's what Starmer wants though isn't it I hate to disagree with you, no change that you, I happily disagree with you, the three stooges Starmer, Reeves and Rayner, couldn't have made more of a balls up in the first nine months even if they had where all blindfolded.
  10. probably voting them back in cause they didn't want the alternative, which we now have and look what an utter balls up they've made in the first 9 months, a total calamity. If their aim was to "pee" off every bit of society then they have well and truly succeeded. The next General election can't come quick enough to see this lot booted out, and based on current performance, they've made it clear to the electorate that they are not to be trusted and will be in opposition for many, many, many years.
  11. The only election which counts is the General Election. There is still strong resentment for fourteen year's of Conservative rule. They squeezed the working class's way to hard, then they squeezed the middle class, but somehow the upper class never got touched, funny that. There is also new resentment for Labour because of the utter balls up they've made of things since coming to power nine months ago. The majority of the population (or at least those with an ounce of common sense) want these clowns out of office ASAP because they see the damage they are doing to UK plc. They squeezed the pensioners, then the farmers and then business. They made and broke promise after promise, or just didn't tell the truth or say what they where going to do, otherwise known as merely lying to get elected. Inflation may be falling but the cost of things in the shops and utility bills keep on rising, the direct opposite of what they promised. They will never be trusted once they are ousted from power in about four and a half years time. Everything they do and touch causes further harm, led by three stooges, Rayner, Reeves and balls'less Starmer, who couldn't fight his way out of a paper bag. He still thinks he's a solicitor at the DPP. Rather than spending week upon week getting involved in international politics he needs to be sorting out the UK's issues, sadly he's not up to the job and nor are his Cabinet. Society needs a mix of people with different skills to prosper, not more and more graduates who can't get jobs in what they studied in. Reform is the current anti establishment party, which will hopefully wither away back to where it came from. The Liberals and Greens, well what can you say apart from using them as another alternative vote of dissatisfaction, but neither will come to power. The country seriously needs stability and a Government that stands up for and represents it's people, not what MP's want but what the constituencies want and need. Government needs to become far more open and transparent, it needs to be seen to be doing its job, doing what MP's are elected to do, working for the people in the constituencies, getting back to basic principles and rebuilding the trust which has been lost by successive party's immaterial of them being, red, blue, light blue, yellow, green or some other colour.
  12. Service restored late this afternoon, I had quoted directly from TfL
  13. FOREST HILL ROAD, SE22: Route 63 is starting and terminating at 'Peckhan Rye/East Dulwich Road (WN/WK)' due to a mechanical vehicle. Buses will not be serving remaining stops from/to Therapia Road. The road is clear, the turn around point at junc with Woodvale is clear, so no reason for the route to be curtailing at Peckham Rye. The 363 CONTINUES TO run along Peckham Rye, up Forest Hill Road and on route as per usual direction of travel both ways to Crystal Palace.
  14. Signage has been put on roadways to inform "joe public" that major gas works are to commence ,6/5/2025, on Peckham Rye, Rye Lane AND East Dulwich Road.
  15. I'd have zero tolerance on cyclists and send their and Lime bikes to the crusher!!!!!!
  16. Mal - shame you don't like my comment. Bringing the mood down, what planet are you on. I was stating facts, and those can't be disputed, even by you.
  17. believe it when it happens as their is so much work to be done to achieve what will be a beautiful square and in keeping with what the station probably originally looked like.
  18. Not only does Sydenham Hill qualify for the least used if ever cycle lane, they're now installing one along Crystal Palace Parade. Who are the imbeciles who grant this to happen. Do they have any common sense or let alone any grasp of reality. It was utter chaos there this morning. Heaven help us, the lunatics really have taken over the asylum.
  19. cause installing cycle lanes narrows roads and slows traffic flow, the road is only so wide, so any widening of pavements into the road causes both chaos and long term congestion as a result.
  20. Try Evergreen, out Orpington direction from memory, good quality stock and about half the price of the likes of what was homebase & B&Q

    COVID jabs

Not meaning to cause any controversy, but are COVID jabs still necessary for over 60's and for how long (years) are they needed?
  22. Last year Krystals were not using Pfizer, if you wanted it that had to be paid for, think it was £100. they should have given you some documentation saying which brand it was.
