Did you get whacked with sticks in school? Don't you remember that the welts on your back and arse were often shown off as a badge of honour in the boys change rooms?
Anyway, Guinness and jd depth-charges make the world a better place, like M?decins Sans Fronti?res and the wheel. As someone who has consumed many a Guinness and many a JD in your company I?m sure you agree.
Jah, I?ve always been under the impression that a boilermaker is a beer and a shot (of whisky/ey). You can then, if you so choose, depth-charge your boilermaker. Make sense, no?
the dog has meantime LPA (whic tread that line between ale and lager ass o many pale ales do these days) on at the moment. I know as I oft stop for a refreshing pint/s thereof en route home from Brixton on Saturday afternoons.
I have recently discovered the joys of making boilermakers/depth charges with Guinness and Jack Daniels. You need a good wide, substantial whiskey tumbler full of Guinness, drop the shot glass of JD into it and down in one. Absolutely sublime. I could eat a beer the size of my head right now.

Piddle in the Hole ABV 3.9% Copper-coloured and quite dry, with lots of hops and fruitiness throughout. Piddle in the Wind ABV 4.5% This drink has a superb mix of flavours. A nice hoppy nose through to a lasting aftertaste makes it a good all-round beer. Piddle in the Dark ABV 4.5% A rich ruby red bitter with a smooth flavour. Piddle in the Snow ABV 5.2% A dry, strong taste all the way through draws your attention to the balance between malt and hops in the brew. A glorious way to end an evenings drinking.
Bit off topic but I knocked down a shed in the back garden this summer and found loads of those tube web spiders which apparently came over from New Zealand on a holiday and decided to stay.
