I agree with you on all counts but one: http://www.planetorganic.com/media/catalog/product/cache/1/image/5e06319eda06f020e43594a9c230972d/1/4/147_1.jpg And it?s cheap too.
Bollocks. If you drink 14 bottles of magic volcano water a day it makes you play softball. I saw it on the telly. What this country needs are more people who will stand up and say, ?Yes, I want to play softball.?
I?m pretty sure the generic lager they sell on tap (peroni, grolsch, carling, stella, carlsberg etc.) is all exactly the same stuff made in one big vat somewhere and just labelled differently.
Funny things is, if you started a thread entitled, Cricket Is Boring, even the most die-hard cricket fans would just say, ?Yeah, fair enough, you?ve got a point there.?
Meh, I have no issues with slagging off the English as even though I?m a "foreigner" (according to some of them) I?m as English as they are anyway so I?m only insulting myself. Which I suppose is an advantage of coming from a mixed family. You get to pick and choose your allegiances as it suits you.
Being of a rather mixed heritage I prefer to steer clear of cultural slurs as I normally end up referring to myself as much as anyone else. For you however BBW I will make an exception. I did once hear my Boer grandfather referring to the English as target practice. Whereas my Irish uncle would merely refer to them as bastards. Both of these however pale compared to the avalanche of various names for the Irish, Afrikaners, Blacks, Indians and anyone else different from themselves I learnt from the English side of my family.
