Boo!!

Why did you have to come in here and swear? SOCCER?! (6)

I am most disappointed Mr P :(

No you are not!! I have a proud personal tradition of pouring scorn on the so-called beautiful game, even if I am known to sneak down to the Agborough Ground to watch Kiddie Harriers play a game of kick and rush.

Also, being a Wolves fan means that archane discussions on Premier league issues are and always will be irrelevant.

Once again the daily mash draws a line too fine to tell between fact and satire

Hmmm, not sure to be honest Keef. Barry is a great player and it would be great to have another Englishman in the squad. That said, if we want to challenge for the Premiership next season, we'll have to buy big and I'm therefore uncertain if Barry is the man for the job.

Ted Max - re you're comments about Alonso, I'll be quite surprised if he's still at Anfield next season. Mascher was a great buy and allows Stevie to play as a second striker as he holds the midfield. I love watching him play, he's just so committed and plays with his heart on his sleeve.

I couldn't let this one pass....I was listening to Radio 5 the other day and a journo who was pretty well connected with Arsenal was talking about this after an interesting discussion at the club AGM. According to him Arsenal have offered Wenger pots of cash to spend on transfers, far more than people would imagine, and it's a continuing and increasing annoyance to the board that he refuses to use the money. Apparently it has become almost a point of principal for Wenger to NOT spend money. So, limited money is a bit of a myth (excuse for poor performance) methinks. :-$

Well I couldn't let your bullshit pass. Man Ure have to spend to achieve where as we don't, and never have even when we went 49 games unbeaten. We leave that shit to Man Ure and Chavski.Same old Manu Ure fans full of MANURE.

Of course Pompey players and management are squeaky clean, Oh I forgot 'Arry has only just started to talk to MOTD after throwing his toys out of the pram . I hope you get stuffed at Wembley. F**k off Pompey, Pompey F**k off!!

I personally think it would be a great partnership of Barry & Mascher in the middle, with Stevie G playing behind Torres! As you say Barry is a great player, and he hasn't exactly been in the best team. Man U bought Carrick, and I was a bit sceptical (no offence to Spurs), but he has become a big player for a very good team!

I'd rather support them than support a side full of Arsenal rejects, supported by mugs like the arsehole who rings a poxy bell for 90 minutes.

Do me a favour and F**K off, some mug called sandperson kicked this off, direct your comments to him. Why is it you are so f**king blind when it comes to saps like him kicking these things off. Check your f**king facts first, it might be a first on this forum.

Ha, ha 'achieve'. Maybe you should spend some money, that way you might win more than three premiership titles in 15 years.

You take the bait everytime don't you. Could have been anyone but you have blame it on someone else. You can't contain your hatred of anyone who isn't Arsenal. It's always you. You could have fight in an empty room. Same old myopic Atila.

Of course I expect your next post to be full of the usual venom and threats and insults and I'm not even gone bother to stoop to your level deign them with a reply unless by some miracle you undergo a personality change and you start to act rationally and behave yourself on this Forum. I live in hope but somehow I really doubt it.

    • Would wholeheartedly recommend Aria. Quality work, very responsive, lovely guy as well.
    • A positive update from Southwark Council - “We are currently updating our Enforcement Policy and changes will allow for the issuing of civil penalties ranging from £175 to £300 for visible smoke emissions, replacing the previous reliance on criminal prosecution.“
    • A solicitor is acting as the executor for our late Aunt's will.  He only communicates by letter which is greatly lengthening the process.  The vast majority of legal people deal by modern means - the Electronic Communications Act that allows for much, if not all of these means is now 25 years old.   Any views and advice out there? In fuller detail: The value of the estate is not high.  There are a number of beneficiaries including one in the US.  It has taken almost three years and there is no end in sight.  The estate (house) is now damp, mouldy and wall paper falling off the wall. The solicitor is hostile, has threatened beneficiaries the police (which would just waste the police's time), and will not engage constructively. He only communicates by letter.  These are poorly written, curt or even hostile, in a language from the middle of last century, he clearly is typing these himself probably on a type writer.  Of course with every letter he makes more money. We've taken the first steps to complain either through the ombudsman and/or the SRA.  We have taken legal advice a couple of times, which of course isn't cheap, and were told that his behaviour is shocking and we'd be in our right to have him removed through the courts. But.... we just want him to get on with executing the will, primarily selling the house. However he refuses to use any other form of communication but letter.  So writing to the beneficiary in the 'States can take a month to get a reply. And even in this country a week or more. Having worked with lawyers in the past I am aware that email, tele and video conferencing and even text and WhatApp are appropriate means for communication.  There could be an immediate response to his questions.   Help!
    • Labour should be applauded for bringing in the Renter's Rights Act.  But so many of you are carried away with slagging them off. Married couples with busy lives sometimes forget who did what. On this occasion Mr Rachel Reeves was sorting out the rental agreement.  Ms Reeves was a bit flumoxed with all the grief/demonsing/witch hunts she is getting so forgot to check with her other half.   Not the first or last time this will happen with couples. (That's not having a go at the post above)
