Damn right! I don't own any. They are impractical, uncomfortable, ridiculous, and vastly over-priced (in my not so humble opinion).:))

Ladymuck, you are right. They are often uncomfortable, frequently rediculous, and always over priced. But there is just no escaping the fact that they are fabulous, sexy, joy inducing, life affirming boxes of pure happiness. If I ever meet Stuart Weitzman I will undoubtedly have one of those screaming teenage beetlemania moments, before falling into a dead faint.

And I make absolutely no apology for that at all.

If you mean Seinfeld then yes, but a not especially good one

HOWEVER, the sitcom based around that premise is an all time great

Also worth checking out is a documentary about his attempt at getting back into stand-up after years out of the game (in a parallel story with a fairly obnoxious new guy) , called... Comedian

Sexy? Joy inducing? Life affirming boxes of pure happiness?

LB, as much as I adore you dear friend...I have to say that, on this occasion, you are OFF YOUR BLOOMIN TROLLEY!:))

*falls about laughing*

A good tip for you ladies who, like me, love your shoes. When shopping for shoes I always write my shoe size on a small piece of paper and tuck it into the top of my sock. This saves me having to remove one of my shoes every time I go into a shop.

Don't all thank me for that one at once.

Laugh all you like, it's true! And I fear I am not alone. Mr Carnell, Eddie Izzard (*swoon*) and Dame Edna are with me all the way!

    • It didn't occur to me to ask. No idea if dieticians are employed within the NHS. It is just one line of enquiry among others. The GP mentioned it, not me.
    • I thought the most they sell in terms of hot food at londis is like pastries and sausage rolls and for hot drinks its like costa coffee but its always a convenience store. Doesn’t look too bad in my opinion considering that shop has been closed down ever since i moved here
    • Hi Busterb, Yesterday I turned up with a scanner & towels, hoping to take a deceased tabby down to TNV. The body was moved moments before arrival & had not been turned in to any vets, rescues or animal hospitals. I am wondering if this could have been the same cat & if someone just tried to move the tabby further away from the road. Please be warned, viewers discretion is advised. but this is what the deceased tabby looked like: https://www.facebook.com/groups/900015513463302/permalink/3729980853800073/  In any case, if you haven't been able to get someone to scan or take down to a vet, I can scan tomorrow morning.
