Aside from generally agreeing with Alan Bennett about tv (its mostly shit) and Family Guy (he loves it), how cool is this...

"However Radio 4 is to air Bennett?s first drama to premiere on radio. Denmark Hill, a modern day take on Hamlet set in South London, was adapted from an unproduced screenplay written 20 years ago and discovered in Bennett?s archives."

Of course it's a well known fact that Claudius was a top centre forward in his day second only to Edgar Kail as the King of Denmark (Hill).

Polonius was an excellent goalkeeper often compared to World Cup winner Gordan Banks.

And Polonius, Luartes, Fortinbras and Horatio are often cited as the first midfield diamond.

So, it's a Dulwich Hamlet, then?

So attempted a facebook cull this morning, convinced that it should really be about sharing stuff with actual friends and family rather than a disparate trail of old school aquaintances and colleagues from Companies past.

You know, peoiple you might actually meet in real life at some point and might do stuff like care about and have that feeling reciprocated.

I managed 8. rubbish!

I don't have the time or the inclination to do the research, but I'm pretty sure that I have read  that when people who had lived in a very run down area  were given  nice surroundings, they appreciated and looked after them.
