Oh, forgot to mentions BB's guest.

A (non-ED) friend who attends forum drinks (with smiles and good humour and does a really good job of pretending not to be scared / bored by the whole thing) is a friend indeed!

And Sean, I'm sure she's humouring me, but thanks anyway!

Lovely to finally put some faces to names. Great to meet so many of you with shout-outs to Sean, MP, CitizenEd, AnnaJ, Mark (who I owe a drink next time), Moos (ditto), BellendenBelle, Kel and Bignumber5. Apologies to anyone I missed. Guiness fog is to blame.

Had a great time. Castle was much nicer than I thought and it was the busiest I've ever seen the CPT.

A great night. Thank you.

With my teeny hangover lifted, I would just like to say what a lovely night I had once again.

It was particularly lovely meeting for the first time Buggie (I shall remember your techniques when I next encounter a pert rugby player's bottom); Moos (loved the frankness re motherhood and am terribly envious of your flat stomach); and David Carnell (ahhh, if only all men were lucky enough to come out of their mother's womb in a pair a slippers and requesting a glass of sherry)!

Also had great fun with all the regulars - Mockney, Lozzyloz, SteveT, Annaj,AnotherPaul, Sean Mcgabbhan, Bignumber5,CWALD, Georgia, AndrewCBlack, Alleycat - and everyone else!

My guest and partner in crime for the evening Andrew also had a fab time - sooooo much so, he may be attending another...

Ahhhhh, I love the EDF!

Seanmac had a new 'barnet' looked younger, mmmmm has he pulled lady mac recently, if so she's having a positive influence on our Sean.

Tillie Trotter and Lozzy Loz I spoke to for the first time they thought my non PC posts talking of shagging etc were a good thing, so that fans the flames for future postings.

Considering changing my posting name to Big Boy;-)

    • Yes, been on several over the last 12 years. They are one of the safest planes ever built. The Dreamliner has been in service since 2011 and currently about 1,150 are in operation every day. Safe as houses.
    • One of them climbed a tree and was breaking branches off and lobbing them at people as they walked underneath (myself included). When I stopped, looking shaken, they laughed at me.  Then they moved to near the cafe, climbed onto the roof and lobbed a beer bottle, a shoe, and various other things off the roof. One nearly hit a woman sitting there.  Needless to say they ran off just as I was calling the police.
    • My thoughts exactly when I found them I was thinking hope she is OK, have a feeling her bag was maybe snatched and then these items were just thrown.. I'm sure the police will pass it on to the passport office I just didn't have the time to get over there anytime soon. And agree they wasn't very helpful at all unfortunately I felt I was causing a problem with just handing them in !!
    • I recently had plumbing issues which required urgent attention . I looked up this forum and found a recommendation for Andy Burke , He heard my pleas , turned up quickly and sorted  the problem .  He was also good to deal with,  hence the recommendation .  Contact details -  Andy Burke Plumber ,  07983688451
