*Walks in followed by lactating donkey now in sort of donkey sized maternity-bra. Notice that donkey is starting to bob-about rythmically - Mrs Dobbin is getting into the groove! Fantastic.

*Settles in comfy chair to watch the masterpiece emerge from the creative brush of Mockney*

*Enjoying the wobbling Keef*

*Smiles at Piers, inclines head towards masterpiece and gives thumbs up sign*

*Settles in to lazyboy with Billy Blue Hat book and hopes they visit the triangle forest in this one!*

*Smiles at realisation that Billy looks like an early scally with his wooly hat*

*Wonders why Polly didn't mention Jenifer's brother Johnny Yellow Hat*

*Thinks to self "I'm going to move on to Bangers and Mash books soon* :))

to avoid all need for noise...

*directs a thumbs up at mark*

whispers...

"charades, anyone?!"

*blushes*

.....since conversation is classed as noise, its the only quiet game i could think of!

*Giggling - not quite sure how to do mimes in this reality*

*Welcomes Drum-Saturdaygirl with a wave*

*What things you have missed, swimming in abundance, remarkable views of amazing landscapes, genital mutilation by a dog looking remarkably like the Drum's doggie, lactating donkeys .....*

*Many more excitements to come*

    • Thanks penguin  always wondered about that place and that’s way more info than I ever thought I would get  (used to live above a gun nut on friern road - he would tell me nothing)
    • There was a Saturday afternoon crowd of enthusiasts, and at other times the owner might have been off acquiring stock. He also repaired air guns, which he also sold. He stocked edged weapons, uniforms, including antique uniforms, air guns and ammo and starting pistols and shot. Some medals and other militaria. Quite a lot of ex service chit chat on a Saturday. I had an amateur interest, didn't deal a lot, in English pattern swords and other mainly 19th century militaria. And made some good purchases there. I'm afraid WWII and later events was the major focus of most of the regulars.
    • Did anyone actually venture in to that place? I recall it always being closed/very uninviting!
    • Perry Bamonte from The Cure.. Just 65 years old.
