Always forget the name, but have always known it as "the mini-mart". Think it's AJ Farmers or something?

A J Farmers is a well established shop, you will always get a good bargain there.. my friends nan worked there in the 1930's under the same name of Farmers, and it's changed little since..

AJ Farmers is excellent. Before we knew what it was called the mrs and I used to call it 'the everything shop'.

AJF has a good selection of what the esteemed periodical Viz calls "lazy disinterested 17 year old shop girls " on a saturday.

I.e. they do the same work as a weekend member of the Blue Mountain Crew, but dont have posh accents

B)I once saw Herb Miller (Glen Miller's brother) in A J Farmer's once - Yes, the famous band leader. Herb Miller used to live in East Dulwich, with his son, who tours the country in The Miller Band.
