Toasted is where 1 or both sides of bread or a roll are burnt to varying degrees. Often this applies to Bagels and Meat Patties. So do we have a burger bar?

Toast as a name fits in nicely with Terroirs, Brawn, Soif and the new the Green Man & French Horn, sticking an ED after it makes it local. It's a bit cutesy but that's ok

It's success or otherwise won't depend on the name and if it does well then people won't even think twice about the name
