I have a sneaking suspicion that Spurs are going to get a bit of a result at Old Trafford this weekend. I hope I'm right. I can feel it in my bones. A draw or a win will keep the title race going until the last day of the season when we face..............LIverpool.

Yeah about ?16 million quid I reckon Keef.

I think he's looking forward to scoring the winner on the final day of the season against Liverpool and if they miss out on the title because of it he'll have a tremendous feeling of schadenfraude won't he.

The majority of those 19 he started - although he rarely completed 90 minutes

I'd say this is the closest Robbie Keane is ever going to get to winning a League medal.. so with all his family being Reds hopefully he'll remember that when he steps out at Old Trafford on Saturday.. we can only hope :-)

Absolutely - I think I said before that RK ("R Kid") was poorly treated at Liverpool - it was not right to treat a quality player that way.

And Matt 123 - if RK, "R Kid" does qualify for some sort of medal - it should be a thrown in the bin - he was so badly treated I'm sure his pride will dictate that he wants nothing to do with Liverpool. He was a fan all his life and I'm sure he ramains bitterly dissapointed from his experience.

Keene has already said that if he wins a medal he is going to give it too his brother, shame to see a boyhood fan feel like that but you can't blame him, just shows what a mess the club has been in. I can't help thinking that judging by our scoring at the minute we'd have been in a better position now if we hadn't signed him at all.

Good thing being is that for the first time in a while we've qualified top four before last 2 weeks of the season so there's money in the pot to start spending now, nice chunk towards tevez?

Keane was never going to be a Liverpool player and if he ever thought Rafa was going to Molly coddle (sp) then he was clearly deluded, as he's not that sort of manager. No one should expect a place in that team, you have to earn it.

Tevez would be a bad signing too. Whilst I think he's a great player, he wants regular football and if G&T are fit he wouldn't get that. There's also probably a clause in his loan contact which states he can't move West of Manchester if he leaves.

Of course, although our form is coming back I take nothing for granted Anna, Spurs are playing well, Mcr derby coming up when form book goes out of the window, I'm sure they'll be a few more twists and turns and points dropped, and with the L'Arse games too, plenty of tired legs!..

Someone mentioned Tevez to me yesterday, and my gut instinct was he is a dirty Manc so no thanks! Having said that, Rafa would love Tevez's work rate, so I think he would probably end up on the left of midfield and do same job as Kuyt does on right (but with a bit more pace and skill). Gerrard and Torres is the best strike partnership in Premiership but if anything has been proven beyond doubt this season is that Liverpool need to reinforce their forward line.

I think Tevez will end up at Real Madrid.

Yep. Very exciting season and it's dull when a team has it won by March (unless it's us of course).

That said, i'd prefer a little less excitment than what I experienced at the last two matches I've been at. 16 goals in two games is not good for the blood pressure.

...judging by recent results I think your defence needs 'tweaking' too...

Tevez to 'pool forget it, although he's not contracturally tied to Utd, he knows he's a 'dirty Manc' and an ugly one at that too, but he understands the rivalry and respects the fans too much, unlike that knobend Heinze...

Wasn't Heinze a fans favourite the last one you'd expect to dream of playing for Liverpool!? Nothing worse than one of your star players talking about other clubs... Tevez and Ronaldo talk too much. Same with that Adebayor at Arsenal no class.

Top 5 mercenaries in PL

1) Adebayor

2) Ronaldo

3) Berbatov

4) Gallas

5) Ashley Cole

    • He did mention it's share of freehold, I’d be very cautious with that. It can turn into a nightmare if relationships with neighbours break down. My brother had a share of freehold in a flat in West Hampstead, and when he needed to sell, the neighbour refused to sign the transfer of the freehold. What followed was over two years of legal battles, spiralling costs and constant stress. He lost several potential buyers, and the whole sale fell through just as he got a job offer in another city. It was a complete disaster. The neighbour was stubborn and uncooperative, doing everything they could to delay the process. It ended in legal deadlock, and there was very little anyone could do without their cooperation. At that point, the TA6 form becomes the least of your worries; it’s the TR1 form that matters. Without the other freeholder’s signature on that, you’re stuck. After seeing what my brother went through, I’d never touch a share of freehold again. When things go wrong, they can go really wrong. If you have a share of freehold, you need a respectful and reasonable relationship with the others involved; otherwise, it can be costly, stressful and exhausting. Sounds like these neighbours can’t be reasoned with. There’s really no coming back from something like this unless they genuinely apologise and replace the trees and plants they ruined. One small consolation is that people who behave like this are usually miserable behind closed doors. If they were truly happy, they’d just get on with their lives instead of trying to make other people’s lives difficult. And the irony is, they’re being incredibly short-sighted. This kind of behaviour almost always backfires.
    • I had some time with him recently at the local neighbourhood forum and actually was pretty impressed by him, I think he's come a long way.
    • I cook at home - almost 95% of what we eat at home is cooked from scratch.  But eating out is more than just having dinner, it is socialising and doing something different. Also, sometimes it is nice to pay someone else to cook and clear up.
    • Yup Juan is amazing (and his partner can't remember her name!). Highly recommend the wine tastings.  Won't be going to the new chain.
