????
My football boots, staring at me from the cupboard under the stairs for 7 years unused, taking up space, reminding me of the past. They had to go. I'll never own another pair :( Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/51679-trivial-things-that-make-you-sad/ Share on other sites
Otta
When I see photos from our old gaff and my Marshall half stack can be seen in the background. Ended up selling it because it hadn't been used in a couple of years and was completely inpractical (especially for a non driver), but took me ages to force myself to sell, and it felt like I was drawing a line under my rock years. In the loft. Never appealed to my sons :(( is it feasible to wait/ hope for granddaughters???) BrandNewGuy
Saying goodbye to old toys is/was always surprisingly emotional. I blubbed like a baby during "When She Loved Me" in "Toy Story 2". Jah Lush
Quids. My football boots were finally thrown out last year after 20 years of gathering dust. I know how you feel. I've recently grown a beard. It's full of grey and silver too. Either it's aged me 20 years or a I'm really looking my age. MrBen
Some of the posters on here to be honest. You get little insights from their writing and it feels like a fair bit of lonely, sad and angry out there. Which translates to some depressing shit on here. I wish peace on all of them. (And it's not even Christmas yet). Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/51679-trivial-things-that-make-you-sad/#findComment-801323 Share on other sites
