Strewth Macroban.

I have been studying that move for some time and am forced to concede that it is the first example of the Beeching Stratagem that has been seen for nearly 40 years. A BOLD and potentially devastating move indeed.

My congratulations, you seem to have succeeded.

Maida Vale - safer territory.

Come on Sidue, you know full well that once Kensal Green has been declared, the following player may not

use the Pinner move until two or more players are in confluence.

To get things back on track I feel compelled to play my 'trump card'

Ickenham!!!!

I know it's rather an obscure move, especially for Mother's Day, but you left me no alternative...

Apologies for not recognising that a whole series of excellent moves had been made on the 2nd page of the thread so I thought I was responding to Sidue's expedition out to Pinner with my Queensbury move. That 2 repeating letter rule on double digit dates doesn't apply on Mothers' and Fathers' days (I looked it up) so I'm safe. Phew. But I'll have to retreat to:

Aldgate

Obviously.

    • Yes, should have given up by now but haven’t. Was waiting for my train yesterday and went into WHS on platform to buy a pack of fags. Almost feel to the floor when guy quoted me £28.00 for a packet of Silk Cut purple. Was a long day for me and thought I had totally misheard him! Asked again, only to be told that that was the price whuch is well over the odds..when I queried it as have bought, admittedly end of last year was told “ this is what management charges”. Surely this can’t be right…fags stayed in WHS paws while I bought some in Herne Hill at normal price. Still reeling over shock…..
    • I use the one in peckham where lidles is they are really good if you need somewhere closer
    • Going to be really inconvenient for folk to go that way as has been stated.. why not just move to Camberwell which I would assume is abit nearer and better travelling wise or have vets in both places from Lordship Lane Branch.. Must have been massive flood if going to take two months to dry out, electrical tests to make sure all good… From upstairs? Or where?
    • @selector73 Thanks!  Because we want him to be treated by the vets that know him we will have to get to the New X branch because thats where the team are based until LL reopens. Thank you again 🙏
