Is that the same Mockney, as saying that bullies get picked on because they are self-fulfilling a need ? Absolute tosh I am afraid. Posters as in real life get picked on here and called trolls and imposters if a small group of long term forumites think they can get away with it, think its a laugh and think they are the only ones who have the right to an opinion. I have been told to go away and be quiet more than once on here. And now I am called hysterical for standing up for myself !

Did you, Mike? I must have missed that event.

Madness, obviously, but I actually kind-of admire that. (Madness, though.. obviously)

Quite right DD, it's oppressive and I think you're the one to solve this!

You have extensive experience!

I notice that in your very first thread on the forum you managed to get your slagging in first against Matt at Casa, I presume in case he was likely to bully you?

I notice you managed to slag off Miles and his correspondents on your second thread, I presume also a case of getting one in first?

I notice you actually managed to fall out with a fictional social butterfly on the subject of free market economies in your next thread. An astounding victory against bullying.

I notice you chucked the fairplay rulebook away against a rather snobby architect a couple of threads later. I presume this was to demonstrate what bullying was in order to make sure other people could recognise it. A victory indeed.

I notice you also managed to pursue this vendetta across several unrelated threads - a sort of global bullying demonstration in case anyone missed your first example?

I'd say that you are undoubtedly the cleanest whistle in the pocket to draw attention to this bullying skulduggery!

;-)

I voiced an opinion I did not gang up with anyone and most didnt agree with me anyway on most of the treads including this one. That doesnt warrant the sexual innuendo, intimadation and insults. Or does it ? And once again anyone who dissents is called an imposter or worst of all,,,,,,,,,,, Felicity .
Jah sweetie and Tillie Totter Why are you both reading this thread then if it is sooooo bothersome ? You could always go away you know. A radical post and likely to get me in all sorts of trouble for getting above my station but no one is actually making you read it are they ?

    • Another recommendation for Dulwich Test and Services Centre. Only been using them for a couple of years but wish I’d found them earlier
    • A new roadmap (surely railmap?!) for rail accessibility has been published: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/accessible-railways-roadmap It says "approximately 56% of stations and around 66% of the 1.3 billion journeys that take place on the network have step-free access to platforms...  "£373 million has been committed over the next 5 years to deliver Access for All projects, providing step-free access from station entrances to and between platforms, alongside other essential accessibility upgrades. These works, together, will increase the number of step-free stations across Great Britain from 56% to 58%. "This improvement will make travel easier with step-free access available at stations covering an increased share of total rail journeys – from 66% up to 71%" Don't know what that means for us here: upgrading Peckham Rye would cover a lot of rail journeys but the cost has no doubt increased from the £40m figure previously quoted. So that would eat into a lot of the funding.
    • It's not really though, is it. It's practical.  At least we're allowed Christmas lights.
