Shall we take bets on this selling? I think it will sell, but probably a bit less than ?2m. The market is starting to move a little recently, I've several For Sale signs around the area and even several SOLD signs too.

That road actually has some lovely houses on it and the views must be fantastic.

Sadly we less high-minded souls ;-) love nothing better than pruriently to peek into other people's houses and indeed their lives.

I do think the house makes a bit too much use of caf?-au-lait / pebble / biscuit / magnolia / sand / stone / beige / dodo / cornsilk / wheatfield / stinky sock or whatever very pale brown is called these days.

    • Hello, I'm from Ireland and would love my children to be able to know the language - I can speak it but I'm not so good at teaching it. If there's anyone local who used to teach Irish at primary school (preferably Connemara Irish) and who'd like to tutor 3 boys aged 7-10 for an hour or two a week please do let me know. Thanks, Sarah
