Yes I still do actually. I use "crumpet" and also "totty". Obviously I need to update my vocab. I was with someone the other night who used the word "bonk" and I must admit that took me aback a little. I haven't heard that expression in a while.

Do you 'power nap' giggirl? "Bonking"? We call it 'rutting', far more classy. "Totty" is that the new 'skirt'? Get rid of those leg warmers and burn that Yakka plant because the eighties should've been humanely dealt with years ago giggirl and any throw backs from the decade that style abandoned should be sent to eastern Europe where it's still fashionable.

Yeah you've got me there giggirl. We say 'I'm up to my nuts in guts' or something similar.

    • There's a ?new Radio 4 short documentary programme, The Cat Killer Detectives, that might be of interest to some. It talks to the couple who ran SNARL, and provides something of their account of how the project began, developed and ended, and the effect it had on their lives then and subsequently.   https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/m002j5nr

    • Hi all, it’s been a while since I last posted so I thought I’d provide a quick update on what we now can offer. Alongside the usual bespoke joinery (wardrobes, bookcases, alcove units etc), I’m now also working with a wider range of veneered boards (ash, maple, walnut, etc.) as well as fluted/reeded panels for anyone after a more textured, high-end finish. I’ve also been adding more lighting options to my fitted furniture – warm white LED strips with sensors or remote controls, ideal for wardrobes and bookcases. They make a huge difference once fitted and really elevate a space. If you’re planning a project and would like to explore these options, please feel free to get in touch.
