""He started". A big boy did it and ran away. Grow up you little shit."

Now now Jah, there's no need for expletives. You did, once again, start it. Just because you're under the foolish misguidance that because you're older than me I should hold my tongue. It doesn't mean I shouldn't back chat you if you're rude to me. Grow up yourself you old git

"Sorry for everyone else but I won't tolerate rude obnoxious little tosspots."

Nor will I tolerate cantankerous old trouble makers like you.

Jim Morrison and his rotten ol' portry.

Iggy Pop, though I like a lot of his stuff he gets too much leeway

Lou Reed, see Iggy Pop.

Ozzy Osbourne, look, when your talentless wife is more talented than you it's time to quit. His cover of In My Life even made Mark Chapman angry.

Roger Waters, primarily for writing a song with children singing the chorus "we don't need no education", well yes you do otherwise you'll keep using double negatives, unlike at Roger's schools where the beak would no doubt give hima swishing for such a lapse.

Mick Hucknall, I'm not sure he's revered but he's just a monumental w@nker.

Sighs! Sorry for this folks.

You are the one and only person I've had any trouble with on this forum and it's because you mistake being rude and obnoxious for a sense of humour. You're about as funny as cancer.

Now let's move on and let other people enjoy this forum without this silly and pathetic bickering.

Exactly my thoughts on you Jah.

Agreed.

Completely agree with your choices there Jah, total shite

Tool really irritate me

There?s something that just annoys me about someone who sits down with their guitar and thinks, I?m going to write a riff that will make music journalists use elaborate adjectives and adolescent boys write profound cobblers on their pencil cases.

Tend to agree, only because I absolutely loved the first album, especially "Jenny was a friend of mine", but have found them disappointing ever since.

The Profound Cobblers? Didn't they support Tool once?

Really? I thought their first album (from what I heard of it) included the heinous crime of sounding more like U2 than U2 and for that they should be put in the stocks and pelted with bad eggs and tomatoes.

I don't get the Killers at all. I saw them recently at the Albert Hall for their DVD shoot. Brandon does not interact with other members of the band, his fans, or anyone. It was very strange to watch. It's like he is in a bubble. Maybe he's very shy or maybe he has issues with his own fame - but even so it was strange to watch this lead singer guy in a vacuum by himself.

What I've found in the past is that sometimes I think someone is overrated and then I see them live and I change my mind. Michael Stipe blew me away when I saw him live - really charismatic - but I'd never liked REM. The first time I saw Leonard Cohen live I became a massive fan straight away (he collapsed on stage this week - not good).

There's a time and a place and sometimes we don't "get" artists now but we love them later.

    • I would leave London, or at a push move back to north London. In SE London if you want to get away in a car you are trapped, always an hour to go the first 10 miles, chugging up to the M4 or round the south circular, which is really just a line someone drew connecting a load of roads. and I know there are trains but first you have to get to those mainline stations, unless you only want to leave London to go to Kent. which I don't.
    • It was you who  made it personal in the first place,  Jazzer. You said you didn't feel safe in the streets,  and you said you didn't go to Central London because you didn't feel safe there. So are you now saying that wasn't "personal"? "Fire from the hip." Another interesting choice of words 🙄 I'm not "demanding" anything! I asked you some perfectly reasonable questions in  response to your own statements. None of which you have answered. Never mind. It seems to be pointless having a discussion with you. It's long past my bedtime. I'm going to turn on my sleep app  and go to sleep 😴💤
    • Hi Forumites, This afternoon someone in a dark blue/black saloon car collided with my parked car on Thompson Road, SE22 9JR. I have a neighbour’s doorbell cam footage of the collision at 14:30 19/09/2025 but am unable to identify the registration plate. If anyone has footage of a car travelling down Thompson Road towards Crystal Palace Road at that time please PM me. Of course if the Perp would like to confess they can also PM me. Thankyou.
