Mockney, I'm shocked! Surely you know you should never keep tea in a thermos. It gets all stewed and horrible. What you should do is fill the flask with boiling water and keep the teabags seperately. If you take milk, of course, you'll need one of thoses flasks with a little compartment in the lid for fresh milk.

So, let me get this straight. MrBen claims not to have been photographed and Franki claims not to have met MrBen and yet there is a picture of them together.... Interesting. Very interesting. What do you think Moos?

A very good night, how did it get so late so quickly? There were absolutely no fights and as far as I know Anna (other Anna that is. The one who was dancing round her handbag with Keef) and I had the dubious honour of being the only people to be repremanded by the bouncers - for touching the plants! Andrew Black was busy with the camera as always and I look forward to seeing the results...

I'm really surprised anyone could find the staff in SMBS "sullen" or "snarling". I've never had anything but polite, friendly and sometimes witty service there. And as someone has already pointed out it's been around for years, long before organic got trendy. I really don't think I understand the point of this thread, it seems like negativity for negativity's sake. Keef, I was really upset by the Whateley Road thread too, but don't lose hope, I'd like to think that thread doesn't represent the whole community.

AcedOut, it's nothing to do with being "PC". I could be wrong, but as far as I know the people being discussed live in a house on Whateley, not on the street. So, the word tramp was being used in a derogatory not descriptive sense, which is what people are objecting to.
