  1. Something around October would be nice, to break the gap between August & crimbo. Old hallows eve?
  2. Scots don't really do St Andrew's, it's much more Burns night, so maybe Willy day is the way forward :-S
  3. I don't know, he's a quality player, and I felt quite pleased when we signed him. He should have known he would be a squad player though, and was never going to oust Gerrard from that position! Still think he was treated pretty poorly to be honest, but then the story goes that he was Parry's and not Rafa's player, so I guess he was unfortunate enough to be the rope in their tug of war. Frankly though, if I was him, and Liverpool did win the league this year, I'd tell them where to stick the medal, and I think I'd much much rather score the goal that cost them the title, and stick 2 fingers up at Rafa after the match... Me hold a grudge? Never. RE your list Matthew, surely Drogba is in with a shout? Oky, so he's still at Chelsea, but if things aren't going his way, he starts talking about leaving... Not sure if he has any real loyalty to the club ver himself! Still think he's a great player though.
  4. Only thing I've seen of BGT was that kid who sang Michael Jackson the other night. The kid was genuinely amazing, and you could see the ? signs in Simon Cowel's eyes!
  5. I went in yesterday and had an M burger, it was wicked! James, I've been tempted by the cream egg flurry, have resisted thus far, but now I've heard a grown man say they're good, I think I'll have to try one!

Well I admit that I want to be in a more proud England, but unfortunately it's hard to be proud when the rest of the world judges us by the standards of the English stag / hen parties around Europe! There is a lovely old man living next door to us, and he has an England flag in his window. My first thought when I saw it was that I didn't want to move in next to a racist skinhead. That is sad.
  7. And who could blame him.
  8. I'm not bothered, I just think it's sad that loads of people are out in London celebrating Australia Day, and Guinness, sorry, I mean St Patrick's day, yet George goes unnoticed. That's what a good bit of marketing can do though.
  9. Mrs Keef and I saw In the loop on Sunday, and both thought it was very good. Lots of actors from The Thick of it, and a couple playing the same characters. There is something depressing about it though, in that it's all too believable.
  10. Will Robbie Keane still have a say in Liverpool's fortunes though?
  11. Chelsea are certainly still in it, and on winning form.
  12. Gutted I didn't get to see last nights match, and was more gutted every time I checked the score! Can't stand it when you can't even see highlights on fre T! I was kind of expecting to drop points yesterday, everyone seemed to have forgotten we were playing Arsenal... Who, lets not forget, still go to Man U. I would suggest that Man U may have a harder run in, with the Manchester derby a week before Arsenal, plus the likes of Spurs... Then again, Liverpool have to play some teams who are fighting for their lives, so who knows.. Certainly harder for the pool now, but they've played the hardest looking game, and got a point, so could be worse. It's Man U's to lose thouh.
  13. Made me think of http://www.funnyphotos.net.au/images/microsoft-word-gansta-edition1.jpg Sorry, go back to the game.

I think it's my fault on this forum, not claiming to have invented it. It's quick and easy, and I have the skills.
  19. Murder
  20. Citizen, I'm with you on Twirls! I had a friend in my old job, and she genuinely had a thing for chocolate. She was going through some really horrible stuff in her life, and where I probably would've turned to drink, she turne to chocolate, and it genuinely seemed to make her feel better. weird!
  21. Did people used to have "toy day" on the last day of term in primary school? I loved it, except when my Optimus Prime got stolen! Highlight was a sword fight between me and a friend, when we both took in the "Sword of omens" B)
  22. *shoots catapult at Annasfield then runs away*
  23. That sounds awesome! Remember the first time I tried Jamaican rum, I was around 14, and I decided there and then I didn't like rum. Luckily I later realised that not all rums are over proof!
  24. Hellosailor, the headbutter was a friend of a friend, which means he either went to Thomas Tallis or Addy & Stanhope, can't even remember his name, but I saw the incident, and remember shitting myself!
