  1. That said, Blackburn have just done Chelsea a favour! Shame about the late equalizer, would have been very interesting if Man U had lost. Even if Chelsea beat them, their goal difference will see them through comfortably. Nice to have it going to the wire!
  2. If it's a cash machine, they can actually put a cloner in front of the card slot, so you're running your card right through it. Apparently some of the petrol stations have had cameras rigged above the counter to pick up people's PINs.
  3. Thing is, even with the postage cost, Amazon stuff still works out cheaper than shops.
  4. Always nice to see a bit of modesty.
  5. This on the BBC website, and quite bloody right Rafa, why should he give a sh!t about any other team, Liverpool employ him to manage Liverpool and do what is right for them! Liverpool lost to Fulham at the same stage of last season after Benitez rested several key players - and he was criticised by Sheffield United for his team selection. The Blades were subsequently relegated, but Benitez added: "I know there was criticism last season when we did something similar at Fulham, coming from Sheffield United. "But what did they do in their last game? They lost. So I feel it is sometimes better to look to yourself and what you do. "Teams have 38 games to play each season, that is enough. So you are responsible for your own luck."
  6. Saturday Arsenal v Reading 3 - 0 Blackburn v Man Utd 2 - 2 Fulham v Liverpool 0 - 3 Middlesbrough v Bolton 2 - 0 West Ham v Derby 3 - 1 Wigan v Tottenham 2 - 2 Sunday Aston Villa v Birmingham 2 - 1 Man City v Portsmouth 2 - 1 Newcastle v Sunderland 3 - 3

  8. A friend of mine had his card cloned this week, and he doesn't tend to use switch, just cash machines... He does use petrol stations in ED mind.

    Great Gigs

mlteenie, I have seen a fair few parents and quite young kids at Brixton gigs.
  10. capt_birdseye Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > When he realised he'd lost his god, and the teacher was behaving like a right arse, do you think the impression was that he was therefore going to blow himself up anyway? I never thought that he'd go on to blow himself up. Having discussed it with Mrs Keef (who is far better at this sort of thing), she has articulated it rather well. It's like his religious views are so black and white, and don't allow him to be human (sex with girls, normal everyday enjoyment of things that a teenager wants to do). By deciding not to go through with it (remember the 2 kids in the car in front), he has saved this society, and therefore "lost his God". I dunno, would be interested to hear the author's thoughts.

    I LOVE.....

Well yeah, but still. I only fit in to that by 2 years anyway... Guess I'm more an 80's kid.

  13. I've been reading the novels of Harlen Coben (who wrote Tell no one), as Mrs Keef got me a bunch of them from some insamely cheap book club thing. They're good if you like crime, murder mystery type things.

    I LOVE.....

    Kill Joy!
  15. I'll watch so I can cheer the teams playing France.
  16. F n B, I think the agreed date is May 18th... Which worries me, as a)it's soon, and b) I have a big gig the night before (which you're filming).

Sorry Capt, completely forgot about this, I finished it ages ago, and enjoyed it. So, what did you want to talk about then?
  18. That Claire is a knob, and not a very bright one at that. Alex has been a nasty little sh!t since the first week! Simon is the nice guy and a grafter, and Sir Alan saw that, and thats not what he needs really. I love Jenny, in that she is dispicable, and great TV.
  19. I agree with you Atila, but have to say, you got by far the best years out of the vast majority of those players!

  21. Cool, I'm an eclipse man (does wearing sunglasses so they can't see your eyes count?). Far classier than actually having the conversation with said breasts.
  22. Actually, an Aussie friend has a good one for a number 2... "With in 10 mate, have to go and drop the kids off at the pool first".
  23. Brendan Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > anyway what is this about open mic night? I thought the drinks were going to be at the Mag. It is, Anna was just saying I might have been double booked, as usually we do the Plough on the second Friday, but happily it's not the case this time so I'll be in the Mag having a beverage or 10 :)-D
  24. I think players will stay, having come so close, they know what is possible... Hleb would be a major loss, he is class!
  25. Happy birthday Loz!
