BC might have more to worry about if the cocktail bar (with outdoor seating) at the new Italian place (old "The Green" site) has better service and charges less...

V+ is excellent, no probs (touch wood) with any of the On Demand or interactive stuff. Defo worth getting it for the ability to tape a couple of programmes and watch another - never thought I'd need to do that but you'd be surprised. No fighting over what to watch and all in great upscaled picture

A few houses going on Maxted at the mo some around the 550k mark but the area is very nice. Bellenden Road has it's own little community feel - and more shops are coming up along the main part. Petitou, The Gowlett, The Montpelier, Bar Story, Ganapati, Lucius & Richard and the little Italian across from Peckham Rye station are all good. Since we've been here a few friends have moved to the area on the strength of seeing what you get for your ? Good luck
