Turn left out of the nursery and walk down Greendale, take a left along the footpath between the sports fields and it pretty much takes you all the way to ED station in 5mins. Parking near the nursery's not usually a problem.

There were engineering works over the weekend, but they didn't run anything at all last night which may have helped.

There's been one stuck between PR and ED for a good 15mins now, deffo avoid the trains today.

I've sussed who our 'Local Teacher' is too, very disappointed, thought he was a profesional. I'll not be able to look him in the eye again when I pass him outside the school with his cup of tea and cigarette.

The story goes that Southdown was demolished due to subsidence. The yellow notices have definitely only gone up recently although it was on the website before. My small issue is that the the old Gatebeck site has been used as a car park since it was demolished, does this mean all of the cars + the cars from the new build will be forced out onto Pytchley Road? My larger issue is as mentioned before, the loss of 'The Cage' on Pytchley Road, it is a very popular play space with all ages from the estate and surrounding areas, especially in the summer months and lighter evenings, It's a large estate full of families with no gardens and extremely important in my opinion.
