I was out norfolk way at the weekend and I went to a lovely, little teashop (by a working windmill) to sample that simple delight: a Ploughman's lunch* However, imagine my *horror* when I found 'posh', 'exotic' ingredients like ... red peppers, radicchio and rocket on my plate.
