I thought his acceptance speech was quite good although now you mention it ... yes, I can imagine him doing that :) I think he will be electable Prime Minister material and so a good thing for the Labour Party.

I have met Ed Miliband who has a far greater understanding of current energy issues than that tw@t, Chris Huhne. To be completely superficial, he is actually quite attractive in real life, I love the way he speaks ... he'd get my vote anyday.

gosh - with the right person, it doesn't really matter where you raise your children. town and country are both fab in their own ways but its the relationship between the parents that matters and the love and security they provide to their children.

Meet from 8.30pm. Thank you G - cheers for arranging, in my calendar (tu) (maybe its just me but a little surprised that the Actress couldn't reserve an area on this occasion) -
I had no idea what proportion of the workforce are represented by Trade Unions. However, Ed Miliband's appointment will undoubtedly be a gift to the opposition who will say that he is in their pockets. Ed hasn't ever had a 'proper' job either.

Mick Mac Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Back to left wing opposition wilderness. Over the past few weeks, it has become apparent to me that...

Tesq - welcome 'back' ( rotten shower indeed, I quite agree) cocktails? rather PS. must dash ...

If I had to choose the better leader for the party, it would most definitely be Ed who seems to be more personable than his peculiar brother. I don't think David has leadership qualities as he is uninspiring. Agree with MarmoraMan, David would ensure the Coalition Government stays in term for longer ... So not really a good result either way in my opinion. I reckon Ed will get it though.
