  1. WIth regard to MPs (filthy, tory scum or otherwise), I would check out how they voted on fox hunting and then see how they voted on abortion. That's rank hypocrisy in my book. Not ok to tear apart a fox. Fine to tear apart a baby. Room for me there, steveo?
  2. When's the sequel?
  3. I think the picture house will be fine. But it wouldn't be the ED Forum without a dissenting voice, so here goes: I once danced a quickstep with a leprechaun in there - I will miss the sprung dance floor and the old-fashioned community club vibe. Kick off with "Went the Day Well" and I'll embrace the new cinema.
  4. Seconded (the longer bleep time - no idea what the other thing is).
  5. It should be called East Dulwich PH. I am always confused by the Dulwich Leisure Centre.
  6. Sure I saw her casing the joint today. Anyone else spot her down L.Lane?
  7. I don't really do maths, but this is incredible. Respect to batsmen! http://www.theguardian.com/sport/2014/feb/18/the-spin-south-africa-australia-mitchell-johnson-speed
  8. "It will all change, sadly, so you'll get your wish in the next 5 - 10 years for sure. A sterile honky-focused high st selling the same crap as every other high st." Has casual racism become acceptable on the Forum, or is my irony-meter wonky?
  9. So that's why Mary Poppins has an umbrella.
  10. No-one has mentioned my all-time hero, George Harrison. It was through him that I got into all sorts of other guitarists. He's not even mentioned in that other Beatles thread. I am I the only one who likes him?
  11. Sunday nights. Lancelot has become Aramis. Very yummy.
  12. Not these builders, perchance? http://www.tuscany-meridian.com/builders/brighton_homes/langley/
  13. Bugger. Completely forgot. Farewell El Pibes.
  14. I used NetNanny when my daughter was younger - seemed quite efficient. You could check out CEOP to see what they currently recommend.
  15. If we're talking about virtuosity and trouser-filling capability - Jimmy Lea. And if we're talking about pure nostalgia - Hank Marvin.
  16. You need to let it rot down or it will produce too much heat and scorch the roses.
  17. Peter Green.
  18. Roads towards Rosendale and Carson Where das Betreten's not Verboten.
  19. Try the pet shop in North Cross Road.
  20. I feel confident in saying that Ted could do Camp.
  21. Jack it in, maxxi.
  22. I think I'm in love with Bruno. Sorry Ted Max and HonaB.
  23. And that series features our own, local luminary: Dame Jinty.
  24. Well done Hamlets. I went on Boxing Day and a couple of times last year. It really is a super atmosphere and it's quite funny bumping into folk you know who support 'big' teams but you are all on the same side here.
  25. It seems there is a fatal flaw in my cunning plan for the Harvester: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2547492/Flatulent-cows-cause-methane-explosion-German-dairy-farm-nearly-takes-entire-barn-roof.html
