    I miss the red 'new' alerts too. This morning my computer isn't responding to the 'jump to' box on top right hand - is it just me? I only discovered that function recently (doh) and love it.

    I think his/her's frustration is with being told cards were acceptable and then being told otherwise at the end. I understand this and would equally be pissed off. Whether it's worth half a dozen rants and two threads to tell it (nicely censored Mr Admin) is another thing altogether. One expects teething problems with a new establishment - give them a chance to rectify the problem and try again.
