  1. Hmm.. I just can't get past the insipid name. Sounds like something conjured up by grad marketeers during their first ever brainstorming session.
  2. She's in this article too: http://www.thisislondon.co.uk/standard/article-23514630-details/We+drive+electric+...+now+give+us+places+to+charge+up/article.do Obviously just appointed a new PR manager who's keen to impress.

  5. Yep, a Jewson delivery lorry hit it, and was jammed under like this: http://englishrussia.com/images/bridge_pier.jpg
  6. Drive through the night, if you can. It's rather pleasant.
  7. Try getting that on a plane
  8. No knives - how quaint.
  9. Move to the country then... oh
  10. Rocket Man - Elton John

  15. ED Grove looks lovely. There's a flashing speed sign where that Victorian lamppost is and the shops at the bottom are now flats and a used VW garage. And what happened to the properties that lined the upper part of this road? Were they all razed to build those 60s units?
  16. It teaches division, intolerance and fairy stories over science and enlightenment. For 7k/year? I thought we were in the 21st century.
  17. It works down Bellendon way - those replacements look great.
  18. I think it's looking towards LL; you can just make out the three-storey shops next to where the old Co-op used to stand.
  19. No, Dr Who used to scare the shite out of me too. That, and the song 'Born With a Smile on my Face' by Stephanie De Sykes.
  20. The railings look great. It's a shame they were all removed for the war effort, but apparently never used: http://www.christopherlong.co.uk/pri/wareffort.html
  21. Lots of sawdust/sand on the oil spill on the corner. What happened? Someone slowing for a U-turn down Grove Lane?
  22. I'm with HB. Let's take this MoFo on.
