  2. You are right. I have told him this as have most of his friends. He may change his mind. I don't think he believes it was 'serious' enough :(
  3. Another attempted mugging last night. Corner of Cyrena Road. Midnight, 20 year old black kid. (not me, but a male friend in his 30's. Fortunately nothing came of it. But my friend was quite shaken by the experience. Sadly, he's not going to report it.... :(

  6. So presumably if there are a number of SS/Fixed riders on ED Forum and there are also quite a few LFGSS Forumites in ED. Then we have the makings of a ED SS/Fixed drinks? (excuse to ogle each others bikes and chat about ratios and stems!) CPT is good for bike parking. most nights after work...:)
  7. Brilliant, loving the uni-cycle basket ball :) Crazeee dudes!
  8. I'm talking about the roof top pool at Shoreditch house :) Just saying it as it is....
  9. The pool is heated, so you can use all year round. Best to avoid in summer though, so busy it's like gay soup ;-)

Do you know anything about Chaz Roberts???
  13. Cool. I ride a black Pearson when it's wet ;-) and a red Roberts when it dry! both fixed. And of course a few other geared bikes as well... I love riding fixed :)
  14. ^Apparently Hearts fans as well ;-)
  15. Sorry to break with the norm. But we didn't 'remember' nor did we 'forget' I'm not sure i buy into this sort of behaviour. I don't need to visit my mothers grave to 'remember' her, for example.
  16. Shocking! Hope you're ok. What did the Police have to say about the incident? Presumably they would/could have been fairly close to catching him. Especially as a vehicle is a fairly easy thing to detect/trace..
  17. Lance training 'fixed' with MASH:Austin Texas, 2008
  18. ........... no comment ;-)

But that doesn't mean we can't make a sensible decision not to choose multiple gears when the are unnecessary for certain terrain and riding styles. Sometimes things can evolve greater complexity than is actually required? Is that progress?
  20. Any LFGSS members on here?
  21. You mean bonus points? Sweet..
  22. @ Loz, My pedestrian colleague got badly knocked down on a zebra crossing last week.. by a CAR. Your petty, ill informed comments are dull to say the least :(
  23. Binary-star, I didn't want to ask on the othe3r thread. But you said you had bought a camera for your ride. What did you buy, if you don't mind me asking. I looking to get one myself. Cheers P

And that would be really tedious, for everyone.
