Sainsburys - removed more trolley tills
cella replied to tiddles's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
I use the M&S in Victoria Station and last week a customer asking for assistance on a self serve till had to wait until the voices finished shouting their message before the assistance could hear her. -
Admin deleted the thread at my request. There were personal issues at stake and also some bear baiting of the original poster. It probably wasn't doing the owner any favours either!
-
I suggested to Admin that for a range of reasons it was better to delete it. Don't think it was doing much for the shops marketing either.

If a GE is called we will undoubtedly end up with a disastrous coalition which would never work.

I'm hopefully right in that you don't have a partner so can feel free to indulge your rants.

For the last time TheCat stop criticising women and adopt a more positive outlook. I'm not feeding your habit after this.

Otherwise best to just leave it Actually, no I don't have to make a counter argument to your critical thread. I am allowed to criticise your criticism of women's issues. I have and I'm done.

Again no. A quick look at your posting history shows that you have a habit of starting threads to stir up confrontation which you then back away from when others on here expose you. I used Rendelharris as an example of someone who was adept at sussing these things out and providing a robust defence to support his counter arguments.

Nope - you're not helping.

Nah - you're not worth investing in - just a stirrer. The much missed RendelHarris had your number all right and made mincemeat of you.

They are not a campaign group but a political party. Your whole tone is patronising and critical - why not be helpful and supportive if you genuinely care rather than nitpick.
-
Yes but where is the missing thread?!
-
Why so negative and not supportive - depressing. I was always taught to look at the person saying stuff and ask why they are saying it and it's stood me in good stead. There are so many bigger issues to be rightly concerned about and it's always tedious when anything women do for themselves is criticised in this way.

I saw a thread offering physio appointments last night and it seems to have gone ths morning as I can't seem to find! Did anyone else spot it?

Anti social behaviour happens in all cinemas in my experience, including ED Picturehouse.

Happy though surprised to have it in LL. However, with Argos at Sainsbury's too, just hope that this doesn't mean that the Peckham branches of both will disappear leaving a massive hole in the high street.

Dog attack in Peckham Rye Park yesterday evening.

Chantal You have posted in an inappropriate manner previously. This is very inappropriate when the original op is clearly distressed about her dog being attacked. -
Parking ticket for parking across a dropped kerb

No you can't I'm afraid. Only local authorities, owners, police etc. -

Sounds like you've ignored a lot. Maybe just pay the fine and learn from the experience rather than waste adrenaline fighting this one. -

Why aren't people more supportive of those carrying out their job responsibilities? Maybe in this case a blind eye has been turned to certain parking issues but presumably the restrictions are there for a reason. And maybe you've got away with it for a very long time! Yes, Southwark need to look at increasing revenue but surely this sort of activity is fine?
