I'm afraid they are - more than ever it would seem.

I've had 3 over the past week outside what is a bedroom - when challenged all of them turned off immediately. I think some of it is habit.

Think I posted more or less this a while ago. Looks very shoddy and dangerous . People who have already bought must be raising concerns surely? Also Southwark must have a role and responsibility in this somewhere. Don't think it's new - just a clarification and proper inclusion in future borough wide provisio.

In general yes good value. They won't be all things to all people at any one time but there are many good policies. I don't always agree with some of them and I certainly think they've been badly advised on some things to do with the many jewels in Southwarks crown - they are very developer led imho and also tend to bow down, initially at first, on Network rail land issues. On these occasions, engaged constituents, local organisations, campaigners etc have done stirling work in highlighting areas of concern and quite often turn them around, e.g. Historic buildings, the cinema, the area behind the station etc. A lot of people are unfortunately disengaged from politics and only get active when it's a concern close to their individual hearts, e.g. the Cpz. Like most LAs Soutgwark has been kept stripped of cash so any income generating schemes which can also benefit the community will have to be considered.

Well with Momentum poised to target Harriet Harmans long held seat it will be interesting to see if anything filters down to the local level afterwards.

When you say "will become toxic..." think that ship sailed many moons ago.

Think you've demonstrated your true colours so probably best to leave you alone with your sadness.

I sincerely hope that Rendelharris has not felt he had to leave the EDF though I wouldn't blame him at all. Please return and continue with your intelligent and robust posts.

I can't see any examples of Rendelharris being rude. He is robust in his posts and argues his point energetically on issues. This is very different to some posters idea of what is "rude".
