    Who's voting?

  2. I loathe UKIP. I would urge anyone to deface their posters. But buggering up a wall and pavement just makes you look like a dick.

  4. Some of the street "art" deserves at least a bit of pee.
  5. How dare he wear a suit and tie?
  6. Looks like quite an interesting building. Good luck to them. Not in East Dulwich though so not sure why this is posted here.

But Forest Hill is only any use if you live in deepest south of East Dulwich and already well into zone 3. If you're in the main but you're better off using ED rail station or Peckham Rye or Denmark Hill rail or Overground, both in zone 2.
  8. ToastEd - great food, wine and service. And unlike anywhere else.

Yes, frustrating sometimes but hardly underserved.

I think not having a tube in ED keeps it the right side of hectic.
  11. But a tube won't make an area "nicer" will it?
  12. Jeremy singling himself out as a real "man of the people" here.

  14. Did Patricia Routledge try and rob someone? Confused.....
  15. We all know where this will lead. We haven't had a Waitrose/M&S thread in a while.
  16. Eating on public transport is pretty unpleasant, for the eater and the viewer. But sometimes we have to. Avoiding smelly stuff is the polite thing to do.
  17. (a) There is nowhere to put one and (b) if there was land that was of a suitable size, it would be developed, no question.

Blatant blackmail. If that happened to me I'd put a note through the vendor's door, telling them the estate agent was limiting potential buyers.
  19. Well that's depressing. It has felt like it's had its day for a while now though.
  20. Before we know it, this will morph into another thread about the dos and donts of women applying make up on public transport. We know where that ended up....
  21. Gutted if they can't stay there. Great at what they do, pleasant and reasonable. Greedy bastard buys football club shocker?
  22. Use of Dairylea avoids embarrassing situations like this.

But everyone knows what's going on. Planes fly overhead to land at London airports. I don't see much about that changing. If there is something new to post regarding protests, press articles then great, post it but do we really need to know every time the wind changes or you wake up early.
  24. Poor musicians/composers.
  25. Unlurked is the least entertaining thing I've seen in a while.
