I do not need a Kilo. I want about 4 large scallops. a Portion. I don't even know if I will like them. Just thought I would try them after so many people raving on about them on Chefy TV programmes . Foxy so one can conclude you want quality large scallops, Did I mention anything about the Quality ? priced cheaply, I would expect to pay a Reasonable price. very close to where you live, Yep .. East Dulwich ..Peckham .. Brixton but not the closest fishmonger to you, 2 previous bad experiances on the 2 times I have been there meanwhile you don?t want to queue in case they?ve run out of what you want when you get to the front of the queue, I need to know if they even stock them. Nothing on their website under 'Our Products' and you want to walk straight in and get served immediately. I queue for most other things If I know they have what I require.. If you?d been more specific at the start I could have told you: Nowhere. Always helpful K.K. Fox
  4. Waiting any time outside for say only 10 - 15 mins only to find they do not have what you want sucks. You cannot see from outside what is available.

There were 20 people (I counted them) in the Moxon queue yesterday (Sat) so at 2 minutes per person that would be 40 mins.
  6. A good way of dealing with Taggers is for the Police to catch them and spray their Expensive Trainers and other clothes with paint. Trash THEIR Property. Sorted Foxy
  7. SpringTime Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Sopers Sopers sounds better but a long walk as I no longer Drive. Sopers is a Real Wet Fish shop established 1897. Fully trained staff who know about Fish. Moxons comes nowhere near. It's a shop that sells fish. Foxy

  9. Where can I buy large Scallops Locally I have tried sourcing them but the ones at Sainsburys are minute. The size of a baked bean. Watched a few Youtube Vids on how to cook them but the scallops in those Vids. are enormous by comparison. Foxy
  10. Sadiq Khan wants everyone to live in Self-Sacrifice / Self-denial never allowing oneself any pleasure or enjoyment. Contrite.. feeling remorseful and penitent.
  11. My Takeaway deliveries come in brown paper bags. I put My shredded waste in those and staple them to seal. Then put them in my Blue bin. I get rid of it gradually. Else use the paper garden waste bags. Just Label it Foxy
  12. Milk Men. ? They do tend to get up too early.
  13. It seems Likely that the reopening of Pubs and restaurants may need to be reversed. Several pubs in England have already been forced to close after outbreaks of Covid-19. It seemed inevitable this might happen. I think if we are forced to close our Pubs again, then that would be it. There would be NO going back. I went for a couple of Pints last night at the EDT. 3-4 tables reserved for 'Locals' I was the only one sitting there 9.00 - 10.30 Very busy outside. What is the Autumn / Winter likely to bring. ?? I was at one of the end tables near the door on my own. but was sitting next to the group of who I know and would normally join pre covid. Foxy
  17. I went for my first drink in a pub yesterday. (sunday lunch) at The EDT. I was served at my table by a member of staff. A different member of staff was pouring the drinks.. Hand Sanitiser was everywhere. I sat at a table (initially on my own) which was reserved for a large group of people. People I would normally sit with. I was shocked to see theses people all Hand Shaking... Hugging and Kissing. (even lip kissing) It was like is was a Blatant display of Defiance of the Virus.. as if it just did not exist.. Crazy or not ?? Foxy
  18. Still there at the Co-Op
  19. You are Number 8 in the Queue...
  20. Your call will be answered shortly...
  21. So.. From tomorrow. You can sit in a Pub with others drinking for hours without a Mask. You can sit in a Restaurant with others Eating/Drinking for Hours without a Mask. But if you Pop into the same Restaurant for a Takeaway you Have to wear a mask... ...and if you don't you could be fined ?100. Ok .. You cannot Eat and Drink whilst wearing a mask. but in reality if there is a risk of passing on the virus by popping in to pick up a Takeaway.. then Pubs and Restaurants should not be open. Foxy
  22. You should regularly install updates as they become available. That will ensure you have the latest security updates. Press At that point you will see if Automatic Updates are On or Off. I choose to keep them Off I have just checked My Updates and I have one that I need to Download and Install. This can take some time 10 - 20 Mins. Foxy ETA There will be a progress bar next to a rotating gear wheel. It can be difficult to see, DO NOT TURN Off your phone until any Update is finished.
  23. In General Iphones do not get Viruses.. That does not mean they cant be infected. IOS is generally Stable and Safe and any infected APP will not infect other APPS There is an exception to this rule. Any Device that has been Jail-Broken and loaded with Non Apple approved software could more easily become infected and affect the performance of that device. Any Updates from Apple will probably not work. Foxy
  24. Why do you think you have a Virus on your iphone ? What symptoms are you getting. ? DulwichFox
