  11. i was a sad bastard i danced to "my cherie amour", even sadder than that i had contacted the group and rehearsed a song with them, so as the finale of the night i got up and sang "perfect day" to the missus, cue buckets full of tears from all the ladies present, whether it was because of the moment or whether it was because my singing was a bit painful i,ll never know.
  12. kind of makes me homesick all this talk of pigs etc roaming around the place, manys the time when i was living back home, the town centre would be closed off as some farmer ran his cattle, sheep, pigs through the town, mind you now when i think of it the place used to stink to high heaven afterwards,so maybe not so nostalgic after all.

this hillbilly is shagging his sister one night suddenly she says to him "you know cleetus you shag just like dad". "i know darleen",replies cleetus "thats what mum said".
  18. routemaster definately the bees knees, manys a time i stood at the end of barry road outside the clockhouse finishing off my pint before heading into the smoke on the 12.seeing it coming down the hill, i would sip my slops and then hop on because it always stopped at the junction. best seat was top deck left hand side right at the back level with the stairs just sit and watch the world go by. does anyone remember the little handle that wound the windows down.
  19. keep it up lollyloz, power to the people.
  20. you certainly did miss something uc you obviously didnt look too closely at ibos post, or you would have seen the point he/she was patently trying to make was that (text removed as it says what the alleged illegal incident was),and thats why the post was removed. if theres one thing i cant stand its the race/class/disability card or any other card for that matter being played, and that is the perception i gathered from ibos original post and judging from similar replies received on the same topic did others as well.
  21. as previously mentioned by others dont leave anything in the car,as it removes all temptation for a tealeaf to have a go.unfortunately older cars tend to be the vehicle of choice with vauxhall and fords top of the list, you might want to consider a new locking and immobiliser system and probably fitting an alarm, but on a 10 year old car is it really worth it,unless that is its a 10yr old merc, beamer etc,and as mark points out report it to the fuzz as the way they work is they wont increase patrols for a one off event but if there is a reoccurance of crime in an area on a fairly regular basis then they will, but only if they are aware of it. and finally what do your neighbours think of you having a 10 yr old car in the village, hope it doesnt lower the tone of the area.

this drug dealer lives with his granny and one day he cant find his stash. the gran is unaware of his illegal activities so he approaches her about the missing drugs."gran i cant find my tablets have you seen them they were marked lsd" he askes. " your missing tablets are the least of my worries" replies the granny,"the bloody kitchen,s full of dragons".
  23. just make sure and buy them yourself
  24. listen ibo you,re sinking here big time,it has already been pointed out to you by another forum poster that you started the whole disability issue, no one has made an issue of it apart from you so drop it.
  25. ibo before you add new posts you should really get into the habit of reading through your previous ones on the same subject as it is then possible to avoid contradicting oneself ie,in your first and second and third posts you clearly refer to disabled persons/learning diffs as being the issue and patently the reason why your son was given unsuitable produce, yet in your fourth post you accuse me of being the person concentrating on the disability issue and you on the issue with the shop.secondly in your final post you congratulate yourself on being a non-jugmental person yet again in posts 1,2,3 and 4 you are shouting off about the shop owners my own and "many others" perceived lack of knowledge about disabled persons and disabilities, sounds pretty judgemental to me.
