  1. I have been informed (quite possibly unreliably) that your mail box is full, dear Lady! And to bring this to your immediate attention.

Do you know whether this includes the Peckham, Brixton and Sydenham branches? Only, last time, it didn't:(.
  3. DHFC's report on that final play-off: here. Despite not quite making it to the Premier Division, I still think DH played really well.
  4. @ mynamehere: Whilst there is currently no legal requirement to wear a helmet, there are two schools of thought on whether they should be worn. You may find this recent article interesting. The helmet debate has been raging for years. If you google "should I wear a cycle helmet", you will find stacks of articles/opinions on the subject.
  5. @ intexatthemoment: A helmet needs to provide a good fit. Otherwise, at best, it could prove a waste of money; at worst, it might cause more harm than good. As per mynamehere, any good cycle shop will talk you through helmets and, more importantly, ensure you obtain the snuggest fit possible. We have our local BC Bikes on East Dulwich Road (which comes recommended on here - though I have never used them). Personally, I can recommend Brixton Cycles for advice/service/range etc. However, the downside with lovely specialist bike shops is that they can sometimes be pricey. Decathlon is less expensive, has a massive range and gives advice too. It is, however, all the way in Canada Water. Having said that, I think the trip is worth the effort.
  6. Do you know the way to San Jose?
  7. Mr. Ben, I wear one - and am WAAAAY older than you. Actually, that probably doesn't help you...:-S If you want one, get one. But, for the record, given your stature and body shape, I think you would look pretty cool in one - whereas I just look like a suspicious smurf who doesn't give a damn.
  8. Despite being completely plastered following United's win and Stoke's loss today, I can still see the greatest of them all: BEST.
  9. Fantastic day for United. Oh happy days... Bad luck Stoke, but *chokes* well done *chokes again* Ci.... Holy Mary, Mother of God, I've been drinking since the 12.45 kick-off yesterday...

    Cry babies

Yep I cry when I'm happy and when I'm sad; when people are nice and when they are horrid. Can't help it.
  11. Only when there's an R in the month, or a U, or an A.
  12. Thanks BR. I have PMed you. Don't wish to bore everyone more than necessary LOL.
  13. ooops! :))
  14. Very funny indeed.
  15. That's very funny.
  16. Phew! Erm..."most of the time"? ;-)
  17. Crikey. I often do that - usually on the grounds of tidiness when dealing with posts from several posters. Didn't occur to me that it might be irritating to some.:-S
  18. Bluerevolution Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Cheeky ! Come watch with us > www.thecitypridepub.co.uk That pub spills over with BLUES LOL! It's virtually been taken over by Blues! I'd get lynched! Actually, it's very tempting, but I've already made arrangements with a friend to watch both matches locally (she's a RED too!). But thank you: next time perhaps. Re. this: I can get you streams so you can watch for free on laptop/pc Sounds good. But what is this? (Sorry, not very good when it comes to the latest technology). Also, is it legal?

By the time you have left the > pub rat arsed at closing time it would have cost > you a fortune. Maybe MU tv is the way to go? One is never rat arsed Mr. Medic! The very presumptiousness! Having said that...have planned the day in the pub tomorrow for the Blackburn match followed by the FACF LOL. Can't wait! But seriously, MUTV? Never thought about that. Presumably, it wouldn't cover non-United matches (such as the up-coming FACF where revenge dictates that I absolutely drop everything in order to watch Stoke thrash City ;-)).
