I tried claiming for a cancelled train, last week I think. I'd done so before a few times. When I tried to log in to the site it didn't recognise my password. Maybe I'd forgotten it but I generally use the same one for things I consider unimportant. So I used the 'forgotten your password' option. I'm still waiting for an email. Did this happen to anyone else? Seems like a good way of putting people off bothering to claim.
