Strangely i had the fastest ever 176 journey home from Charing Cross Road last night, whizzing down empty roads. The approach to elephant was empty. Maybe it's succeeded in putting everyone off driving.
The cultural argument thing is bollocks and has been a real obstacle to social workers who were put off intervention because of this thinking- thinking that turns out to be more an invention of our stereotype assumptions than the actual reality of those cultures.a bit like the whole winterval fiasco that was a result of council overthinking rather than of anyone ever having objected to christmas. Well done Cinders and i hope they find this poor child!
I back onto party house but think it was house next to it this time. (I can look out and see) Doors open into garden is main culprit bringing noise right into your bed. I think they turned it down a bit in small hours.
if you scribble 'not known at this address' on the envelope and put it in the post box/give it to postman, they can match it up to other post going to that name with the correct address on it.
did you get party wall agreement? our neighbours loft conversion dislodged a tile and the builders replaced it straight away. Can you go to the head of the company that is doing the conversion? They won't want a bad reputation.
Read Parker website owners reviews- they love the octavia. Ive just bought a five year old skoda fabia petrol. Top gear recommended. It replaces my ancient VW. So,far i love it, it's economical and looks lovely.
lol Dulwich Fox. You are adding to my paranoia! I think I looked at the wiggly lines and just couldn't compute them as they were out of context. so my bad. I did have a 'why is no one else parking there' feeling but then I was going to the Escher exhibition were everything is topsy turvey. Good news is I never did get done for speeding by Nunhead Cemetery, proabably because I wasn't.
