For one tiny bit of roadworks I can?t believe the chaos. queues from lordship lane end to the lights by Townley road with the much quieter Townley road traffic given equal time to EDG on the green light -when only about about four Cars going through in that time, The queue to get through the roadworks made worse by a busy zebra crossing that should instead be on a coordinated pedestrian light. Traffic on green held up by zebra so few cars get through when it?s their turn.

I think other crows protect an injured crow so as long as he is released to where he last saw his family, it could be ok.

Lidl are selling large green garden waste collapsible bins in sets of three today. I am going to keep mine in the garden and when all full drive them to the dump and empty them.

I don't want a brown bin as its another ugly big thing in my front garden that will only get occasional use. Where can I take my garden waste besides the Old Kent Road depot? Does Peckham Rye park accept compost in their little enclosed gardeners bit? anywhere else? thanks

hi all, I was invited onto this trial as I was already under the audiology care of the Guys who are leaders in the field. I think they are also looking at tinnitus sufferers. They were interested in more people for the trial. I have been on it for about six months. I have state of the art hearing aids, with inner ear mics and with mobile phone control. The mobile phone also feeds back info to the trial, and you undergo tests using the phone- memory tests, identifying words with background static going on etc. You get to keep the hearing aids, but the department wont replace them If lost or outlive their life. The problem in nutbrook street is bad parking. It is so frustrating to see cars take up one and a half spaces. I?ve seen people do it, Park selfishly and then go off. Two new schools haven?t helped, nor campervans parked up forever. But having endured CPZ in all my former homes where I paid but could never park anywhere near where I ived, I?d rather take my chances with no cpz.
