This is all very tactless and insensitive to those poor devils in our midst who have "outies" and consquently never experience the Joys Of Fluff. The fact they qualify for blue parking badges is but little consolation... :(
The point is, those are not "English muffins", but simply "muffins". The Americans hijacked the word for their calorie-rich, over-large buns... Come to think of it they hijacked "buns" too....:)
