Set The Controls For The Heart Of The Sun - Pink Floyd

Midnight Run - When Charles Grodin gives Robert De Niro the money at the end, how could you not feel good? Passport To Pimlico - The very definition of 'pluck'. The Sound Of Music - The sound of eight year old Catholic boys falling in love with Julie Andrews. OK I own up, Catholic guilty. Oliver! - It's the songs. It's mainly the songs performed by Nancy - 'As long as 'e needs me, I know where I shall be...', 'There's a little ditty they're singing in the city, especially when they've been on the gin and the beer...'. ETC. It's A Mad Mad Mad Mad World - Epicly ludicrous, always a hoot. Dumbo - If for nothing else than the crows, 'I seen a needle wink its eye...but I think I'll done have seen everything when I see a elephant fly' What's Up Doc? - Streisand and O'Neil in a well-written farce. On top of their games. I mean whadda ya want? Duck Soup - 80 odd minutes of perfect comedy. Some of the odd minutes contain Magaret Dumont. Thanks Margaret.

Dulwich Tandoori - "best that money can buy"?

( Pls > insert a shruggin emoticon ) I suppose on mature reflection I meant his breakfast show on London 94.9 was the filthiest assault upon my ears since I don't know when. And I've listened to Tony Blackburn, Noel Edmonds, DLT, Chris Evans etc et al. None have offended me more. The fact that he followed on from Danny 'The Candyman' Baker did him no favours, and of course comparisons were drawn, but he managed to create a limp dopey shitness of a show from minute one. The first time I've ever sent a complaint to a radio station. The first time I've ever sent a complaint to a radio station containing the word c*nt. The shrugging emoticon? Nah, you're alright. -
Saw Keef saw Talk Talk and thought it was a discussion about the Mark Hollis fronted group. Colour me disappointed.

Punch did have a retaurant column in its second incarnarnation (Mohamed Fayed financed I think) and it was written at one point by 'Jono' Coleman. The column was nearly as good as his radio shows. -
On the other hand thoughtfully nibbling on a small floret of brocolli gives you an air of gravitas and expertise in your chosen field. Greg Wallace told me that.

I've been told there's a threapist who can offer help. I haven't got his contact details but his name is Dr Robert.

I have the same habit, wouldn't call it a problem. Some years ago I had a boss named Ray, any time I was in his vicinity I could not help but hum 'it's A Shame About Ray' by The Lemonheads or even actually singing it. He never caught on though. 'Gotta See Jane' by R Dean Taylor, 'Judy Says She's Gonna Knock You In The Head' by The Vibrators 'Hurry Up Harry' by Sham 69 and 'Pamela Pamela' by Wayne Fontana & The Mindbenders make regular appearances on my mental jukebox through out the working day. Helps me stay awake.

And if they're 'Mouseman' tables worth a good sum. At least according to the jacket, scarf and blue jeans combination on Flog It.

The straights were always gonna come down heavy on freaks, Brendan. Don't sweat it man. The establishment hates unfettered self-expression. Stay away from it, brother. The establishment I mean, not the unfettered self-expression. Remember the words of Karl Marx "I wouldn't want to be in a club that remembered me". And the inscription on Buddy Guthrie's guitar "This machine head kills spastics". Mind maybe old Buddy wasn't being too cool there. Any how, remember the word pass? Don't Bogart that thing.

Good Lordship Lane bar or pub on a Friday night?
HonaloochieB replied to Sherwick's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
You could drag them to Liquorish and for a while entertain them by saying 'Liquor ish my weaknesh, whatsh yoursh?' until they start to buckle. Shouldn't take long, and that means you can blow that particular joint. It blows anyway. Then off up to The Plough, it's lively on a Friday. Ply them with Addlestones to show you care. -
