Maybe a wee bit over the top - aren't we all part of Britain???? I often thought it might be a good idea to ditch both league cups in England and Scotland (do they have a minor cup in Wales?) and play a British League Cup???

Someone let in Cardiff and Swansea who carrect me if I am wrong - are WELSH, in the ENGLISH legues???
  3. Both Rangers and Celtic would struggle to stay in the Premiership just now. At the end of the day it all comes down to money... I think the team relegated from the Prem gets about 30million TV money? Rangers and Celtic get about 2-3million a year. If we had that sort of money, then we'd compete. It would not be difficult for both to attract big names... Rangers and Celtic are 2 huge, huge clubs. I think I'm right in saying only 3, maybe 4 teams in the EPL get higher attendances than Rangers and Celtic. I can't see it being an automatic route into the premiership... turkeys don't vote for Christmas... can you see teams saying they'd let R&C in at their own expense? No idea how it will happen, but I can see them both in an English league at some point... Also, Scottish football wouldn't die, there is the argument it would become better and have a more competitive league allowing the other teams to win and flourish. p.s Declan - why the need for the sectarian bollox?

  5. You missed out sitting in a window seat but putting all your earthly belongings on the aisle seat so no one can sit next to you - and then tutting and moaning if some poor soul asks you to move your stuff.... p.s if you are someone who does the above - I love targetting you on purpose and asking to sit next to you.
  6. first two episodes were very good - am hooked now.

P*ss off! oh dear, someone not getting any? as another poster quite rightly pointed out, there were 4 fire engines there and surprisingly, plenty of fireman... I doubt an overweight 30 year old would have offered much help... I just stood with the other dozen people on the street having a nose. glad to see your past posts trawled to make you look stupid!!

In a long > season the difference will tell. you can have the ball for as long as you like but if you cannae stick it in the pokey - whats the point?? You're saying we were poor, so we can get better, yet still take the three points?? surely you remember the swash-buckling football Tommy Burns had you playing... didn't win much back then??!! Tony Mowbray may turn you into the Gallowgate Galacticos, but if you can't score, you can't score. Oh, and apparently, Kyle Lafferty has had his windows put in - good to see your lot losing with dignity as usual. Celtic FC - never defeated, always cheated since 1888.
  11. we had post delivered on Friday... a first and second order of the same thing that hadn't shown up from 4 weeks ago... both delivered on the same day...
  12. ... had a quick peek out on the street, 4 engines, water flowing... house seemed empty, I hope that no one was injured. Anyone got any more details?
  13. Sevilla currently beating Real 2-1 and should be three or four if it wasn't for some quite magnificent goalkeeping from the Real keeper... Makes our 4-1 thrashing not look too bad now!!
  14. Was just about to post about GoodLiz... beaten to it!! p.s she is very good.

Mick Mac Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > if you saw the game pgc you will know there is > only one team that will win the league this year. > Good to see rangers getting up into 2nd spot. Ha ha ha ha ha. Green tinted specs?? A very, very poor Rangers team with 3 key players missing, 2 forced substitutions through injury still beat you. We are bad... but you lot are even worse.. this will kick start our season hopefully. 52-42.
