  1. I'm torn between marking this 1/10 or getting some popcorn in and watching the thread develop.
  2. I'll be watching in the Castle as well.

  4. Not East Dulwich but close enough, The Lido Cafe @ Brockwell Lido is a new place to check out. In the interests of being open and frank, it is owned and run by 2 very good friends of mine. Foodmag, I'm sure that if you popped in and had a chat with Dan or Duncan they would be happy to offer their opinions on food in the area. www.thelidocafe.co.uk
  5. I'd definitely go, if only to hear them perform . Great track, boomshank!
  6. It was on Lordship Lane, somewhere between Waitrose and Marks and Spencers. She'd allegedly been distracted by a seedy-looking clown who was himself shiftily observing a group of Yummy Mummies, gathered together, chatting merrily and blocking the entrances to shops/cafes/bars etc with their 4x4 bugaboos. FACT.
  7. We were supposed to check out the German Christmas Market last December. Because of some interpreted directions and a malfunctioning SatNav, things took a turn for the wurst and we ended up at the sausage market instead.

Clearly, the problem here is Jamaicans. Jamaicans on bikes (6)
  11. Anal cu*t. (A band name, not an insult to you, HB, yer awesome ;-) )
  12. Did this really exist back in the good old days or is it load of old romanticising cobblers, used simply to dress up some of societies more undesirable characters in their sunday best? Perhaps it still exists now. Anyone with a bit of 'knowledge' care to shed some light on this? All anonymous like. Gertcha!
  13. *Sighs* Foxtons treads are SOOOOOOOO BOOOORING! They've been done literally a MILLION times before, a quick SEARCH brings a wealth of results. Like this thread here *Rolls eyes*

What's your point, Hal9000? You almost seem to be excusing Biggs by portraying him as a minor player in the violent robbery.

  18. Try the coach and horses, never too busy but decent. http://www.coachandhorsesclapham.com/
  19. At a guess I'd say they were probably guarding the midnight delivery of opiates from the punters in the Silver Buckle. Or the usual Pecknarm knife/guncrime/gangbangaz/rudebwoy/victim was strapped up after a shoeing/stabbing/glocking but hadn't quite been finished off yet. Probably something as banal as that.

  22. No. Is it about the Internet? 23. Haha! It was an entertaining thread especially the visual image of a poor old lewishamman peeking through his curtains and the Russian mafia types in the street. In the interests of transparency/freedom of information etc etc I would prefer to see such threads locked rather than completely deleted. Admin, why is it that such threads are deleted rather than being preserved as part of the forum's history?
  24. LOL ????. Breakfast on screen etc etc
  25. I'm surprised he's managed 35 years without being being attacked or having his angry little head explode through rage-a-hol. Perhaps the EDF should club together and get him a retirement card. Anybody up for it?
