sorry but the document says "East Dulwich Parking Survey" then Liberal Democrats, there's no "trick" there and then the first paragraph then says: "your three Lib Dem councillors ... have been approached many times in the last year by local residents asking for controlled parking so they can park near their homes, equally some people are vigorously opposed to it, we want to know what you think". Their mobile phone numbers are at the top of the page so if you want to ask them something you can give them a call. As far as I can see it's all overhand and they're just wanting to find out what people think. Sounds like a good idea to me.

I put a letter in that Post Office letter box today and noticed there's a little yellow sticker on it that says "Sunday 13:00" I assumed that meant their was a 13:00 collection on Sunday, someone's probably forgotten to take if off
