How is it cruel if one has a house, with a decent sized garden and surrounded by at least three different parks within walking distance?? This is East Dulwich not Canary Wharf.

Spadetownboy, are you being serious? Where can i get this spray?! I was actually wondering whether such product existed!!
  6. yes he asked me for some money too last week at the very same bus stop. I told him I didn't have any and he walked off.
  7. steering topic away slighlty but, I THINK Marmora or Mundania Road was featured in a Ronan Keating/Boyzone video. Or was it Westlife? Can't remember the song so don't know.

No more great big long pubes getting > caught between the teeth and all! hehe!;-) (Sorry > if I've grossed you all out but I love it!) haha - that has really made me laugh - much needed relief, having a boring day at work today and it's not even noon. Men shaving their bits makes their other bit look bigger too...
  10. yep, well it was in Sainsbury's the other day anyway. Haven't tried it though.
  11. My dog loves marmite on toast - at weekends he get 4 slices in the morning as a treat. I love Marmite, so much so I could eat it with a spoon! My partner who is of Guyanese origin hates it, as did my ex who was foreign! So agree with CWALD - must be an English thing. Although my dog is French....
  12. oh yeah! "Thru the wire" has some chipmunk voices too!
  13. OK, I'll know to look out for Jack Black!;-)
  14. "Thru the wire"? Kanye West sang it and I think that's what you mean. Keef, I love that Timbaland song!
  15. I remember her - "bla bla bla my sobriety" song - don't know the words!
  16. OK will look - will see if there are any David Arquette/Felicity Kendalls in there somewhere!!
  17. Happy Friday! As an avid EDF forumite (although I read far more than I post), I often wonder what you all look like. I already have images of a few of you in my head - Keef, for some reason I think that you probably look like David Arquette, and Dulwichmum probably looks like Felicity Kendall! So, my question is, what famous person do you look like? Keef/DM feel free to put me straight!!
  18. You get your pooh bag/nappy sack in your hand and then you grab some mud/dirt/gravel/whatever and throw it on top so that you get a nice good grip of the runny pooh and scoop it up. Yuck. That's what I do anyway and my French Mastiff can produce quite a substantial amount so I should know! Sorry if anybody was eating whilst reading this.
  19. Sean, not sure if that question is directed to moi, but I am neither a Dulwich nor Dover fan - just use the gym regular and know from staff and regulars (and a couple that live on Abbotswood) that the fans piss off all the residents by parking on their road. I once parked my car in the car wash one evening to later find that some idiot had parked his big Merc across my car. There was huge match that night apparently. Took me about 10 goes of driving/reversing to squeeze myself out. Managed to find a lip liner in my bag and I wrote the word 'PRICK' on a piece of paper and placed it under his wipers. Made me feel better anyway.
  20. There is a huge match today at the dulwich grounds - Dulwich v Dover. If you live on Abbottswood then don't be surprised to find random cars parked all over your street. An annoyance I know but just to let you know (don't shoot the messenger!).

  22. The 'Zombie' cocktails in Black Cherry and the cheerful waitress with long dark hair that serves them. The friendly dry cleaner on Grove Vale The friendly gym-goers at Dulwich Hamlet Chicken/Camembert burgers at Gourmet Burger The Italian restaurant on Forest Hill Road Peckham Rye Park The greasy spoon next to Apollo DVD shop that do the best fry ups The pizzas in La Petit Mon.. (something or other)
  23. Totally agree with Sean. Starbucks coffee is undrinkable pee water. Bring in Coffee Republic or a Costa, at least you can taste their coffee.
  24. The Crunchy Nut Cornflakes ad with the guy who gets a lift home on the back of his Irish Wolfhound! It cracks me up everytime.>:D
  25. 1 whole roast chicken with a mini Brie cheese thing - on the Atkins diet! Will snack on some pork scratchings later!
