  5. He never learned the language and preferred to go shopping. Have you read Harry's book yet?
  6. Ian Wright played for the Hamlet as well.
  7. Ahh... yes, Beauchamp. Ungrateful spoilt cunt.

  9. Marco Boogers? ;-)
  10. Five points above you. It's a downward trend for the Reds.
  11. What is it with you Irons? Ince, Lampard, Defoe. Get over yourselves. Move on.

  14. Didn't you have a beard recently, Quids? Come on own up. I saw it for myself. I'm far too old for trends. I wouldn't have a clue. I've always found 'em transient anyway. Be yourself. Ummm.... hipster culture.

  16. Aww... you're like a spurned lover. You still haven't got over him leaving you have yer Quids.
  17. Best of luck in Toronto Jermain.
  18. I think the reason a lot of managers who've worked with Defoe haven't given him enough starts is that he doesn't do much in build up play. His work is done in the last third. You'll rarely get an assist from him but he knows where the goal is that's for sure. Sad to see him go. Been a great servant to our club and has never moaned when he wasn't playing, he just worked harder to get back in. Over the two legs Konoplyanka impressed me enormously. Literally no one could get anywhere near him. If he gets a big move and I'm certain he will he'll be a huge asset to any club that buys him. A fantastic player.
  19. You do know I'm talking about Konoplyanka and not Defoe, PD?
  20. He was the best player on the pitch in both matches. Farewell Jermain Defoe. He served us well.
  21. Phew! That Konoplyanka's some player. Sign him up, Levy.
  22. Realistically, I think it will take a good two to three years to rebuild Man Utd. I'm not sure if Moyes will be given that time. Ferguson was but we are living in different times. It's taken Liverpool a number of years to get back to the club they were, though they've won nothing yet I'm sure it won't be long before they do.
  23. I don't hate Man Utd my venom is saved for that club down the road. Rooney's contract made perfect sense to me. You might begrudge him it but that is the going rate for a top player these days. I wish Spurs had given Bale whatever he wanted to stay. We'd probably be ten or 12 points better off if he'd stayed. Unfortunately until we have a stadium that brings in the revenue as big as Old Trafford or the Effeminates we will not be able to compete on the same financial footing as the big boys.
  24. Arf! Your best post ever. Did you agree with Alf Garnett too? That's an ironic post irony joke by the way.
