  1. Someone's dog constantly barking in a back garden on Wood Vale. Been going for about three hours now.
  2. ruffers Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > "Rock up". Especially annoying when you hear people over 35 using such facking nonsense. Grrrrrrr!
  3. How about FIFA?
  4. Pah! It might not bother you and it bothers me that it doesn't. I'm sick of our language being polluted by stupid American phrases. In fact it is causing me irrational rage. Arrrrrghhhh!

  6. People using Americanisms. My current bugbear being people saying: "Can I get a hell yeah?" Just Fukc off. You'll get my boot up your arse.

Devon, I believe. Many moons ago she lived in Brockley. I got Aerial when it came out a few ago and it is the work of a genius. Up there with all of her best work.

  13. Amazing story that.
  14. Mac, you're forgetting Rangers no longer play in the SPL. Whereas before it was a two horse race, Celtic have got it all to themselves now.
  15. Don't worry Otta, the beer's on me.

  17. Hmmm....but Vertonghen's body language of late would tell you that he wants out.

I'm rather hoping we'll watch it together. If they play better than us I'll be the first to congratulate him and his team and I'm sure he'll be the same with me. I think we're going to get hammered though. 1. Because Michael Dawson may be fit enough to be play on Sunday and 2. Because I think Sherwood will be silly enough to select him. 3. I like Dawson, he's Spurs through and through but his serious lack of pace won't do him any favours against Suarez and Sturridge. So if we lose as I expect we will (we haven't won up there too often in the last 100 years anyway) it won't be something I wasn't anticipating but if we do get lucky enough to even get a draw up there that will be a respectable result for me and a win a major bonus.
  19. The Alleyns Head has changed its name? Good grief! WTF are they calling it now? The Kebab & Calculator?

  21. What's the problem with Fergie picking his replacement? He's a very successful football man with vast knowledge and experience. Club chairman are businessmen and most of them do not have a clue about football. Chopping and changing the manager every five minutes gets you nowhere. What's happening at WHL is a good example of that. I hope Moyes is given the time to do the job he's been given. I can fully understand the fans impatience but to rebuild a club in the way that Manchester United need rebuilding will take more than a season or two.

  23. How is Oxlade Chamerlain's diving save with his hand not a sending off? Poor decision by the FA. Surely, if the referee had got the right man in the first place the decision would have stood.
