Jeeez! Tony the Mars bar story is a myth cooked up by the gutter press. Marianne is a legend and is deserving of a bit more respect than that shitty little comment. -
Good to see Ledley King and Aaron Lennon back in the England squad. If it wasn't for his dodgy knee I'm sure Ledley would be a regular in the England back four. On his day he's one of the best centre backs in the world. And Lennon has struck a rich vein of form and deserves his place in there too.

Yeah! I saw Bob Marley at the concert bowl and quite a few others besides. I'd look for Stevie Smith to be onstage around 9ish but if you're that desperate to seek him out I'd get there earlier and you can have a chinwag with him.

Yeah billed as Stevie Smith & the Purple Gang. I used to see him a lot back in the day with his band Salt, him and Steve Clarke and the jams on Sunday with Steve Waller etc etc.

Pah! As teenagers on a couple of occassions some friends and I spent the night in Nunhead cemetary getting smashed on cheap booze, various pills and smoking spliff and whatnot and I can't ever remember any of us getting spooked despite our state of mind. It's a beautiful old cemetary and a lovely place to go for a walk on a summer's day though I've not been there for a very long time (30 years or more).
