I don't think we were missing anything. Chelsea had no European distractions. Most seasons our points total would have won us the Premiership. We scored the most goals and had the meanest defence, three players scoring 20+ goals. Harry winning the Golden Boot again... I could go on but it's pointless. It's done and dusted. I am very proud of our young team and the continued improvement we have shown over the past few seasons. Onwards and upwards.
  2. You peasants. I grew up in Dulwich Village, dontcha know.
  3. Do I get a runners-up medal? Only joking. Well done RD, you pissed it in the end. Thanks for organising. See you next season, where like my team I hope to go one better.
  4. Ronaldo has finally beaten my all-time footballing hero Jimmy Greaves European goalscoring record of 366 league goals. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/39884344 http://www.jimmygreaves.net/factfile/ And I never tire of watching this one.
  5. Gutted I can't be there today.

  9. Fair play. That's your little cup final won. And you deserved to win. No complaints here. We were never going to win the league anyway but I suspect we'll still finish second. And if you'd said to me at the beginning of the season you'll finish second I'd have bitten your hand off. As Arsenal fans were always keen to remind us - "mind the gap."
  10. Get well soon Aaron. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/39788226
  11. They're both a load of crap.

  13. Depends how you look at it. I think we can take the momentum there with us. We just have to remain positive and keep playing the way we are and the results will come.
  14. Good luck to Dulwich Hamlet today. Come on you Pink n 'blue.

Possibly because Spurs have only just confirmed in the past few days that'll we'll definitely be playing at Wembley next season. Spurs playing West Ham at the Tax Payer's Stadium on Friday night should be a cracker. Our third London derby in a row... or fourth if you include Watford.
  16. But it will Seabag and you know it.
  17. It's a slightly odd feeling when you finally have some bragging rights over your local rivals but don't feel the urge to gloat.
  18. Excellent posts from Rendel and Mark. Shit happens. Always has done always will. Some perspective is needed instead of stupid scaremongering. Incidentally, I was down Rye Lane earlier on my to The Montpelier and wondered why traffic had been diverted before I turned into Choumert Road. Now I know. Sadly, these things happen once in a while.
