Sorry, that'll be me then. Start again. If I had to fall on my head every night of the week it's gonna be my fault, no one else. -

Rocks Off - The Rolling Stones I hear you talking when I'm on the street, Your mouth don't move but I can hear you speak. What's the matter with the boy? He don't come around no more, Is he checking out for sure? Is he gonna close the door on me? And I'm always hearing voices on the street, I want to shout, but I can't hardly speak. I was making love last night To a dancer friend of mine. I can't seem to stay in step, 'Cause she come ev'ry time that she pirouettes over me. And I only get my rocks off while I'm dreaming, I only get my rocks off while I'm sleeping. I'm zipping through the days at lightning speed. Plug in, flush out and fire the fuckin' feed. Heading for the overload, Splattered on the dusty road, Kick me like you've kicked before, I can't even feel the pain no more. But I only get my rocks off while I'm dreaming, I only get my rocks off while I'm sleeping. Feel so hypnotized, can't describe the scene. Feel so mesmerized all that inside me. The sunshine bores the daylights out of me. Chasing shadows moonlight mystery. Headed for the overload, Splattered on the dirty road, Kick me like you've kicked before, I can't even feel the pain no more. But I only get my rocks off while I'm dreaming, I only get my rocks off while I'm sleeping. -

I'm torn between the Drum, CPT and the Black Cherry and I like Inside 72 and the EDT too and I'm enjoying the new look Plough as well, all of which I spend quite a bit of time in. Dithers...and ponders and it's....ummm, shit this is harder than I thought it would be.

Marmora Man Wrote: > > Poppy Day is about remembrance and support - it > does not glorify war, on the contrary it brings > home the stark cost of war. Exactly, and that's why I am always proud to wear a poppy with pride.

What he said. And...You hear about the Falklands veterans and shabby way they have been treated but what about the soldiers who have fought in Iraq and Afganistan? Both of which my nephew has fought in and thankfully he is okay but is it not possible that at some time in the near future he and many others who have fought for their country could suffer from some sort of post stress disorder reliving nightmares that they have seen in battle? These people with mental as well as physical injuries need to be looked after.

Suits me fine old bean. I live on Melford Road don't chew know. Got to keep the riff-raff out, what!

Danny Murphy didn't even make the bench most of the time at Spurs. He's bench warming at Fulham now. Talk about a career nosedive.

Surely in the history of the Arse it's gotta be Peter Marinello. I remember him being hailed as the next George Best but he was more like George Bush. Useless!

That's fighting talk Dulwichmum. Careful now Michael.

In the art of rock n' roll behaviour they all learnt from Keith Richards. All the rest that followed are just pretenders. Hmmm....Jack Daniel's

I doubt it. He wants to stay and manage in England and if Fulham continue their poor start to the season it's quite probable that he could be in line to replace Lawrie Sanchez. (You heard it here first). I'm going to White Hart Lane tomorrow night for the Carling Cup match against the might of Blackpool. I should think Spurs will win that one. I think we've been humiliated enough for one season but then I blame the board of directors for that. C**ts! Best of luck to Jaunde Ramos although he will have to get used to the same transfer policy that so frustrated Martin Jol. The King is dead. Long live the King. Come on you Spurs!

Why do they call it football? It's anything but. There is only one player employed to put the ball over the posts for a conversion, the rest of the time he's sitting on his arse on the bench. I could do that. Piece of cake.

It's funny this because most of you Leeds fans wanted Wisey and Poyet out at the end of last season. Anyway, do you think that losing Poyet to Spurs will make much difference?

Mixers are for the > under-5's... I used to do this too. I started drinking Jack Daniels at 16 because my hero Keith Richards drank it (straight from the bottle). It wasn't until my pancreas started screaming 13 years later that I started to put coke in it. And, Anna I seem to recall we put plenty away at the Forum's wedding of the year and thanks for the taxi ride home.

Atila, you have just gone up hugely in my estimation. Sweet Lady Mary (from Long Player - 1971) is an absolutely gorgeous song and one of my all time favourite tracks from The Faces. Lovely bit of pedal steel by Ronnie Wood by the way and this is from the time when Rod was great. I can forgive him the rest of his career after the Faces because he was just so bloody good then but once he went all Hollywood - forget it. The Faces - Sweet Lady Mary

Yup, bit of a timewarp in here today. The past is a nice place to visit but you wouldn't want to live there. Cop this:- Primal Scream (Featuring Kate Moss) Some Velvet Morning

Bloody hell Mockney I haven't heard that in more than 30 years. AnyRhoda - I love this rocker from Primal Scream and the video is great too. Country Girl

Blimey! It's turned into an early 80s disco in here. All leg warmers and white socks with loafers.

This story is told by a recent airline passenger. My flight was being served by an obviously gay flight attendant, who seemed to put everyone in a good mood as he served us food and drinks. As the plane prepared to descend, he came swishing down the aisle and told us that "Captain Marvey has asked me to announce that he'll be landing the big scary plane shortly, so lovely people, if you could just put your trays up, that would be super." On his trip back up the aisle, he noticed this well-dressed and rather Arabic looking woman hadn't moved a muscle. "Perhaps you didn't hear me over those big brute engines but I asked you to raise your trazy-poo, so the main man can pitty-pat us on the ground." She calmly turned her head and said, "In my country, I am called a Princess and I take orders from no one." To which the flight attendant replied, without missing a beat, "Well, sweet-cheeks, in my country I'm called a Queen, so I outrank you. Tray-up, Bitch!" Life is ten percent what happens to you and ninety percent how you respond to it

I'm a wasted talent and a talented waster.

I love this, reminds me of going nuts, e'd of my tits at house parties back in the early 90s even though it's only a couple of years old.

Plagarised? How very dare you. Work is the curse of the drinking classes. Haddock stretcher.

I've no idea because I have never been but I do own a fabulous pair of dancing trousers. They have plenty of ballroom. (Groans).:-$
