There is a place on the A13 near Beckton run by East Europeans and they take rags by the kg. -
I wish -like new York- cigarette smoking could be banned from pavement cafes and pub gardens because at this time of year you go for a nice coffee, sit outside and be promptly surrounded by clouds of smoke. E-cig vapours do not bother me at all...the 'smoke' is the same stuff that is used for 'smoke' on stage

There is potential to do 3 GCSEs in Science and 3 in Maths (Maths, Stats and Additional maths) so that's 6 for a start (I do not know about the Charter school though)...some are done in year 10. BUT to get a decent A level A/A* grades are needed in the GCSE....some schools are happy for the student to get a C grade....and will enter them early...does not do the future of the student any good especially since Universities will look at GCSE attainments...

Can I see that it has a hairy stem in the second pic?

You would think so but I came across a 'biodegradable' M and S carrier from years ago and it had done was disintegrated into a million tiny green bits of plastic- more harmful to wildlife in my opinion. I have a magazine wrapper from English Heritage and it is made of potato starch and it says to put it into the compost NOT the plastic waste.

seenbeen replied to Vanessa3's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
The dog part of Ruskin Park is a huge field divided off from the flower gardens, pond etc but there are still selfish people who spoil it for others -
Penalty Charge notice for taking left turn..
seenbeen replied to matthew123's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
If I've ever had a penalty notice there is always a photo. Could this be a scam? There was a spate of scam emails accusing people of speeding in the past.
