    No, they just record "delivered or not delivered". Unless you have paid for the right tracking. You're best off speaking to your postman (nicely)

    that's quite an accusation. I've had things dropped with a neighbour. PO will record it as having been delivered. Have you checked with yours?

    I think you did well. I've had to speak to a lady in GG park recently - it's just not good enough. It's a basic responsibility of owning a dog - as well as living in a community. Maybe naming nad shaming is the way to go - and shouting after people.....
